Food is fabulous, however twice in a row we ordered the gluten free version of something and my wife was plated with a fried clearly gluten taco that we'd have to send back every time. Their staff just don't care and their too busy to need to care

Not helpful when I asked about gluten free options. The “gluten friendly” menu was most of the same items on the main menu. I have Celiac, so I can’t just have it be “gluten friendly” and be safe. They didn’t have any details about the marinades or what I should really avoid. So I ended up ordering the salad. For $10 I could’ve bought 3 salad mixes at the grocery store and had 4 meals out of it. I got a few items for my husband and he didn’t find it all that good either. Your food is overpriced for what it is.

We prepare our foods following procedures to prevent allergen cross-contact, but products containing wheat are made in our kitchens.
Delicious tacos! Eaten here several times with other celiacs and no one’s gotten sick. They have a separate “gluten conscious” menu.

We attended the soft opening (it officially opens in just a few days on May 15, 2024). They confirmed they have a dedicated gluten free fryer for the chips. We've had luck at other locations with their gluten sensitive menu (avoiding chips at locations that don't have a dedicated fryer) and this one was just the same. They did mention that the potatoes recently changed to hashbrown style and those are not fried in the dedicated fryer, so just be aware of that potential if they don't switch back to diced potatoes.

The app has a lot more diet and allergen information and clear options than ordering in person. Even if you're eating there, you could review it ahead or grab a table and order on your phone, especially if you're avoiding dairy and soy. Those are much harder to identify on the in-store menu.

I got the airstream salad and it was good. There is a risk of cross contamination since it’s a shared kitchen but I didn’t get sick.

Great tacos and guac.! Pork taco on corn tortillas. Delicious! I made a huge mistake and ate the chips without thinking, ( Fried in same oil). But they change out the oil nightly and since we went early for lunch I did not get sick. Yay!!!
