One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger and was told they were knowledgeable about cross contamination. They gave me it with a bun, and I went in to get a new one. They did not seem to think they should have to remake it. The woman that I spoke to told me to just take the bun off. Then, I told her why I needed it remade. The man ‘remaking’ my burger was in my view. He wasn’t even wearing gloves and literally took all the toppings of my burger bare handed and put it back on the grill. I got the woman’s attention and told her I wanted him to remake it entirely with gloves on. Never going back again... not only not safe but disgusting.

All of there burgers have lettuce wrap options and I had no reaction. The fries aren’t safe but they toast their buns away from burgers in a separate top.

Food was delicious! I ordered the famous star with no cheese and wrapped in lettuce. You could get any burger just wrapped in lettuce. But i have been to carl’s jr. were they have still had the cheese but pretty consistent with the no bun.

I love to get a lettuce wrap & fries from Carl’s Jr. I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination on the fries.

They do low-carb style burgers (any burger wrapped in lettuce). I'm not sure about the other sandwiches, but I suppose they will wrap those in lettuce as well. Fries are always decent. Not sure if celiac friendly. Their website may include more info.

No longer has gluten-free buns. Due to cross-contamination risk, they do not recommend it for anyone with celiac. Even with no bun. Not recommended.
No
My sister has Celiac, and she eats here all the time with no problems. My daughters and I all have Celiac and ate there today. We were thrilled to have French fries because of a separate, dedicated fryer. My girls got lettuce-wrapped burgers, and the staff got the veggies fresh from the back to avoid cross-contamination. Beware the sauces—they are cross-contaminated, but you can ask for packets of ketchup and mayonnaise. Great fast food!
Yes
Dedicated fryer I was told. I"m not sure if they do low carb wraps anymore but a few years back I would order the low carb burger, but it's risky. If you do order from a fast food restaurant, it's VERY important that you ask the staff to change their gloves, and ask for the manager. Front staff writing a note will not suffice (especially since kitchen staff does not always speak English)

Por el momento si le solicito al personal que se cambien los guantes no he tenido problemas con la Hamburguesa Low Carb sin salsa ni queso
You can order a burger low carb style. Regular fries are wheat free.

Hay una hamburguesa sin pan gluten Friendly
Yes
Gluten free options. Steak tacos, nachos, burgers no buns, tortilla chips. Food was ok. Nice to have options at a fast food restaurant.
NO GF MENU. It said this review was too short. I fixed it.
Carl's Jr offers a lettuce wrapped option on any of their burgers. I always get the famous star with lettuce instead of the bun. I believe their fries are safe but I would ask if they fry in separate deep fryer.
You can get any burger low carb. You can also get a side salad instead of fries.
Yes
Low carb burgers are good. But some of them are serious idiots about what gluten free means. Don't ask for anything other than the burger. Apparently they don't understand the term dedicated fryers.
