Delicious pizza, threat of cross contamination same as any other pizza place but they do take precautions to cook gluten free in a disposable pan so the crust never comes in contact with the cooking surface.
One of my go to places when I’m near one!

I ordered a gluten-free pizza. Had one of the worst reactions I’ve ever had to Gluten. They were very nice about it. Apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. However, considering the severity of my reaction, I really don’t trust them anymore. Won’t be going back.

Nice family restaurant. Friendly staff. No dedicated GF menu but items are clearly marked. The pizza was cooked in its own separate disposable pan to keep the pizza safe. It tasted good! I would eat here again.

I happened to get there before my order was finished. My gluten free pizza is made in its own pan and I watched them call for a clean cutter for the gluten free pizza. I can’t imagine they knew it was mine and I was watching. I have eaten here at least a dozen times without any problems.

I have lived in Princeton for 12 years and Monical’s gluten free pizza has been the best! Other options include Casey’s Pizza and Pizza Hut, but neither are quite as good as Monical’s! I will leave a review for both of those separately. The staff at Monical’s is super nice, although the interior needs some updating. They do have a separate cooking area for cross contamination concerns!!

Only pizza place in town that we feel safe eating. All gluten free pizza’s are cooked in paper pan in the oven and they take every precaution on CC. If you have CD give this place a try! You wont be disappointed.

It’s good, safe, staffs understand the allergy. (Just note you have an allergy.) Normal gf pizza. Only eat here every once in a while since I like azzip more, lol.

Gluten-free pizza was delicious. We ordered 2, both my daughter & I have gluten allergies. On-line ordering informs you that although they are not a dedicated Gluten-free kitchen. They take proper measures to prep & cook GF pizza separately.

Very good GF pizza! My extremely sensitive celiac son LOVED the cheese pizza. He is a very picky eater and he ate the whole pizza with no reaction. We will definitely be going back next time we are in the area.

Extensive allergy menu on their website. It is not a certified gluten free kitchen, but for those that can tolerate kitchen’s with “potential cross contamination” the pizza is great. My favorite gf crust so far.

They have gluten free crust! You can get any of their pizzas made gluten free. This was my husband’s favorite pizza place as a kid, I am glad I can share the experience.

We ordered for pick up. It was really good pizza and my super-sensitive celiac daughter didn’t get sick. The pizza was so good she ate the entire thing (which she very rarely does)! Highly recommend and we will definitely go back.
I also appreciate that they list all allergens on their website. We ordered the nacho cheese sauce for the non-celiacs and it was easy to look up and see if it was safe for her…it wasn’t. But knowing that prevented her from getting sick!

They use Udis par baked crust: I watched them prepare mine. Despite my request for new gloves, they didn’t. My order was to go, so, I didn’t check it til I got home. The crust was under baked and gummy. Toppings barely cooked. I called and talked to the manager. In her words they “hate gluten free pizzas and orders. “ She was kind enuf to credit my card for the nasty pizza.

Food tasted fine and I didn’t get sick, but the crust was sooooo soggy. I don’t know what the reason was for the crust being like that, but I hope it was just a one-time thing!

This is some of the best gluten free pizza I've had. I've only gotten delivery, and it's always awesome! Their staff does their own delivery, which I really like. I've never been disappointed!

Gloves changed, separate pan and separate oven for GF pizzas. Super conscientious staff. When I called, server let me speak to the cook who confirmed they were very diligent about ensuring pizza would be safe. Great service and delicious pizza!!

I spoke with a manager, who informed me that their gluten-free pizza crusts come in a separate foil pan, and are cooked in that pan so the crust doesn’t come into contact with the oven grates. The main risk seems to be an employee accidentally using the same pizza cutter for both gluten and gluten-free pizzas. However, we order from our local Monical’s on a regular basis and I’ve never had an issue. I’m comfortable with their food handling procedures.

Gluten free pizza crust! Great for those with IBS following Low FodMap diet. They will substitute your sauce to brushed olive oil. They also have no issue checking their ingredients list for seasonings that you can't have.

Very mediocre pizza. Soggy, floppy crust. Toppings were good.
Usually, the gluten free pizza is fine. I haven’t been sick in quite a long time.
They offer a gluten free pizza crust.

I've been getting the pizza here for years without problems. I do miss the g/f ravioli that they used to have.
The pizza is very hit and miss. More often than not, my gluten free crust is undercooked and not crisp. On the bright side, I haven’t had any problems with cross-contamination when I’ve gone here.
My husband loves there gf pizza. He has a severe allergy and has had good luck with there pizza
Staff is not knowledgeable about handling their pizzas separately. The pizza is cooked in it’s own pan and tastes good but if you’re there for Celiac it is NOT safe. I got sick and shouldn’t of tried it again because I instantly regretted it.

I called this establishment and the girl that answer the phone didn’t understood what was gf
Several choices of GF pizza available. The first night I ate there they we're overwhelmed but the on duty manager delivered my pizza. Very good. Second time we visited the waitress brought it but separately from other pizza. I'm very sensitive to cross contamination but ate safely here twice! No problems! When in the area will return!
I go there often and have never had a problem. I order my crust extra crispy.
Yes
We’ve had good luck here, just be sure to tell server that precautions need to be taken to avoid cross contamination (e.g., separate pizza cutter, clean gloves)
Yes
I was worried because staff was covered in flour but my pizza came out on its own tin tray. No reaction and food was delicious!
Yes
I’ve never had an issue with the food itself, but the service is very hit or miss. However, as far as being Celiac safe, I’ve eaten here countless times and have never gotten sick.

AWESOME GF pizza with a large amount of selections for everyone and great service as well.
