Told our staff I would write a review of my experience at tte Greensburg Olive Garden i was so impressed. As a newly diagnosed Celiac with symptoms- eating out has not been the easy fun experience I’ve always known for sure. My server Emily was fantastic is pointing out how to read the menu for the top allergies such as wheat, peanut dairy etc. Right now I’m dairy free too- she suggested they leave the butter off the Salmon and broccoli dish I ordered. And- brought olive oil out to the table so I could use that as a substitute. Can’t say enough- was quite impressed. That’s my experience. Enjoy.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about cross contact with gluten and other allergens. I got the gluten free pasta with grilled chicken. The menu has limited choices if you have multiple food intolerances, which I have.

Pasta is undercooked. Got to go and still included breadsticks even with specific instructions.
The gluten free pasta is dry and tasteless. It's really a sad excuse for a pasta dish.
I used to love Olive Garden’s GF pasta but about six months ago I got really sick after eating here and thought it was a fluke. Just tried again tonight and the exact same stomach pain like nails working through my bowels. Not sure what’s going here but it’s too painful to try again.

Ordered gluten free rotini with meat sauce and a salad with no croutons. They immediately asked if I had an allergy. I told them I have a sensitivity and they sent out a manager to let me know my food would be prepared separately and that they would use separate cookware/ utensils to prepare my food.

we got the feeling that something happened, since they'd previously been more lax with measures, but they were being extremely careful and understanding with all of the allergies we told them to look out for this time. the kitchen manager came out to talk to us and there seems to be new measures in place that are an instantly fire-able offense. our waiter was attentive and kept coming to check on us in case we needed anything. there were also several other people nearby with allergies that we were able to overhear. they also took very good care of them, as far as we could tell. they still don't have much of a selection, but it's good and convenient if you want to eat out for a special event.

Menu hasn’t changed in years, so your options are the same. However, you have to specify each portion of the meal separately. I ordered the GF pasta with red meat sauce, with salad as my side. She brought out a salad with croutons on top and said mine was in there! I said no, and as I was finishing she brought me an “individual “ salad without croutons and wouldn’t refill it. She also handed me the breadsticks… as if!!!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I am Celiac and I eat regularly at Olive Garden. This location on Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA, goes above and beyond! Waitress was very knowledgeable and volunteered information like, “I informed the kitchen of your Celiac and they will change gloves and use extra precautions.” Then the manager came to our table and said he had been made aware of my gluten sensitivity and he talked with kitchen. Great food with full assurance. I had my usual: Zuppa Toscana, rotini pasta with meat sauce, 2 sausages. No issues at all - I’m very sensitive!
