Easy and safe! Got a rice bowl with chicken and veggies. Felt fine after eating.

Enjoyed a delicious and safe bowl! The staff changed their gloves, and I used the online ingredients to know what was safe - Guac and queso were so good and portions were a good size!

I stopped here before my flight and felt safe. I asked what items had gluten and they confirmed only the tortillas, chips, and brownies. I made a bowl and they grabbed fresh rice for me to help avoid cross contamination.

I mentioned I was gluten free, the gal helping me asked if I would like her to change her gloves. I said yes please. She also grabbed multiple little cups to scoop the items I selected for my bowl. They told me the seasonings on the meat selections were gluten free but the chips and tortillas were not cause they were fried in the same oil as other things. They were very understanding and helpful. And the gal even put the little cups in a different area for each item that hadn’t had anything scooped out of it so I would be safer to avoid cross contamination. Happy with their knowledge.

Everything seems to be gluten free except for the our tortillas. I always order a bowl. I have eaten here 15+ times and have never had a bad experience.

The person behind the counter changed their gloves for me and I ordered a bowl with chicken and toppings. I stayed away from chips, but I had no reaction at all. Seemingly pretty safe if you know what to order.

The food tasted like it was microwaved. Incase that wasn't bad enough I got the runs right after!
I don't understand what could have had gluten in it, but I won't go back.

Armed with the allergen menu, I confidently ordered a safe meal for my celiac toddler. Right off the bat, I asked the girl to change her gloves and she was happy to comply.
While the kids menu doesn't specify, they have a mini rice bowl option available. Since I did research before I came in and I know what my daughter likes, I ordered a mini bowl with white rice, black beans, and chicken. I added shredded cheese and sour cream. She devoured it! I gave her some chips too, but forgot that the menu said they could be cross-contaminated. She did have a little issue a couple of days later (her MO) so it was probably the chips. However that was my fault.
The only reason I marked safety down is that when they scoop the ingredients into the bowl or on to a tortilla, the utensil could come in contact with the tortilla. I could, and probably should, have asked for fresh utensils, but I didn't. So there is a risk of cross-contamination, but not anymore so than eat out at most establishments.
We will try again and avoid the chips to see if she reacts again.

Delicious chicken queso bowls. They have very clear allergen info on their website. Corn tortillas do have risk of cross contamination. They took our gluten allergy (celiac) seriously and changed gloves upon hearing. Decent portions for airport food price.

I’ve gotten burrito bowls from here many times and have never gotten sick. No gluten-free menu in restaurant, but they have an allergen guide online that includes gluten (link below).

My daughter and I let the staff know we have a “gluten allergy”. Without needing to say anymore, the staff changed out all the utensils, washed hands and put new gloves on. The same person prepared the whole order.

Full GF menu online at company website. Used that as reference to order. Qdoba marks both gluten & cross contamination risk. Arrived and said gluten allergy before ordered. Entire work staff stopped, altered all others to allergy and what needed to be done. They immediately pulled all utensils off the line and set new ones. They wiped down all the work space. The work staff removed gloves, washed hands, & put on new gloves. For a franchise with limited space, they did everything they could. My bowl was made by a single person from start to finish and placed directly in my hands. Overall, I was satisfied.

There were some workers that were knowledgeable and some that weren’t. However, they were super helpful and nice to make sure everything was nice and clean. They took out the scoopers, use a new thing of lettuce and cheese, and wiped down the counter. They also wore new gloves beforehand. Apparently the brisket has wheat in it. Overall, I felt safe eating in there.

The food was good. My husband got glutened though from cross contamination. We should’ve been more adamant about changing gloves and stuff because we read online that most things should be gluten free on the menu.

The chips from what I understand are flour not corn so I didn’t get the nachos. I got the chicken bowl. Very tasty. Added the white queso (they said it wasn’t made with flour 🤞) Great flavor. Love the hint of Cholula spice in the marinade for the chicken. Ingredients I got to choose from for my bowl looked fresh.

Most options for burrito bowl are gluten/dairy free. Yummy. There are a few things you cannot have with dairy free and no burrito for gluten free. Excellent. Love this place. Gal changed her gloves and changed bowl of lettuce and utensil. I’ve eaten here and St Cloud several times and have not gotten sick.

Generally I've had good experiences at QDOBA. Pretty delicious food with good variety. The chips, as the menu states, is a dice roll, as they use a shared fryer. I've been Glutened at least once from them, so you may want to steer clear if you're sensitive. This is all state on their allergy menu, however, so I don't hold it against them.

Employees will change their gloves when you mention an allergy or celiac disease. Burrito bowls and corn shell tacos are available. Customer service and management at this particular location is the best that I have experienced anywhere. They truly appreciate their customers and express it through acts of kindness towards them. I am simply stunned. Bravo! 👏 I recommend the bowls. Skip the free chips, because I don't think they are gf.

I have come here a few times now. It’s one of the few places I know that are safer. I’m new to this gluten free thing. Overall I think they are pretty good about respecting it. The one guy did mention that there is flour dust in the air and that the chips have flour in them too. Luckily so far flour dust in the air doesn’t seem to bother us… but like I said we’re new to this.

They cleaned all surfaces, switched out gloves, washed hands, and changed serving utensils with clean ones after I asked what they’re protocol was for helping me with out with my gluten allergy. The staff didn’t hesitate and did so as a hardworking collective. It was great! I had a burrito bowl.

So…. You CAN get a safe meal here, but it’s served with a dose of attitude. When I stated my restrictions, I was first told to just go on their website to see their allergen menu. I asked to have a manager handle my meal. He came out changing his gloves but really wanted to serve me from the bins already out. I had to repeat my request for fresh bins with every topping. He never once looked me in the eye. I was obviously a nuisance to him. I won’t be returning. It’s not worth it.
