Owner is the chef, his wife has celiac, family business. The staff is knowledgable in avoiding contamination. Delicious food ! Almost all of the menu can be GF. I felt completely comfortable eating here, I could just enjoy the food and friends. Highly recommend. I only kept 1 heart off my safety rating because it is not a GF exclusive establishment, but not because I felt concerned about contamination.
