They have a menu that labels gluten free options really well. But, coeliacs beware.
I ordered scrambled eggs on toast, telling them I was a coeliac. It came out on obviously gluten bread, so I asked them to remake it.
They waited a few minutes and then brought out what was obviously the same eggs (it had the appearance of eggs that have had time to coagulate post-cooking, and they had originally arrived with a distinctive clumping that was present in the original eggs.)
I asked if they’d been remade and our server said “yes”. When we followed up with her, she went to the kitchen to ‘confirm’, and several minutes later said they’d remake it ‘just to be certain that they’d been remade’, and fell over themselves to apologetically offer a baked good (which had gluten lol) or any other thing I’d like as an apology.
New eggs were definitely remade, but I got a sore stomach soon after eating so I fear there may have been cross contamination.
The food is tasty, but I’d caution coeliacs about the risks. All the more galling because they charge $2 for one slice of gluten free bread!

Time’s Square: Waitress was obviously overwhelmed and being the only person serving cooking and taking orders did the best she could. Sandwiches were tasty and chai hit the spot. Had the egg bacon cheese on Gf toast. Chelsea Pier 62 : totally different experience. Extremely helpful and nice staff and knowledgeable. Had the banana bread toast and it was delicious. The oat milk isn’t certified GF but I risked it and no reaction ( I get an allergic reaction usually no more than 10 min after ingesting gluten). Overall a great breakfast.

Their oat milk is califa brand and not certified gluten free, so I got regular milk in mg smoothie instead.

Terminal A at A5, they have a menu with gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options. I had oatmeal with almond milk and potatoes. I’d been searching for gf breakfast options with no success so I was excited to find this place!
