Not 100% but is quite close. Just the bread and a few desserts are with gluten. A Mediterranean restaurant with a lot of typical dishes on the menu (halloumi, aubergine, scented rice, fritter zucchini with feta…) Very nice food and not so expensive. Staff was very good about coeliac. I recommend.

I went to Cerys South Kensington this evening with my daughter. I am gluten and dairy intolerant. The choices on the menu were excellent and the food, which came quickly, was really lovely! I highly recommend.

Lovely meal almost entirely gluten free menu. We enjoyed about half of the menu and loved the ability to share tapas style with friends without the fear of cross contamination. Our server was also celiac and was very well versed in keeping our dishes safe and even brought out a new round of plates and silverware after the dip round (some of the people in the group had pita (which has gluten)) but that round was served all by itself and prior to the rest of the dishes in order to reduce cross contamination at our own table

Fantastic restaurant! Almost all gluten free. Very knowledgeable staff. Full of flavors-lemon, mint, tahini, chili, you name it! Gluten free does not have to be boring. Enjoy this eclectic menu, great service and reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong. And a great wine and cocktail list, too. Oh, did I mention dessert? Home run!

I have been twice. First time great experience. Second time, both my daughter and I felt Ill. The only gluten they say is the bread. I am guessing cross contamination. I did let management know.

I had a lovely meal here, I’m a very sensitive celiac and had read lots of brilliant reviews. The sharing plates were very tasty and they reassured me that the cc risk was only with the chicken skewers that are on a grill near the bread, everything else is fine! I’d recommend, I went to the Queensway restaurant.

The food is tasty. You won’t need 3 plates per person, order 2 each and ask for more if needed. All the items are gluten free but read the menu carefully because it says if an item has gluten and dairy vs the other way when it’s safe to eat. I was disappointed they couldn’t use BFree GF Pitas as they look the same as the ones our table was served who could eat gluten. Dairy is in a lot of the meals too and 2 of 4 of us are also dairy free. Also, tables are booked for 2 hours only, reservations over 4 people recommended.

Everything here was gluten free except the pita- menu was well marked. Lovely and extensive menu with so many incredible options. Small plates designed to share- order many. We had loads of vegetarian ones plus one lamb which was lovely. Loved the zucchini fritters and the mushrooms were so good we ordered another one. Will definitely be back.

Although everything is gluten free on the menu except for pita bread and one dessert item, this is not celiac safe. I had seen this restaurant recommended on Facebook by a few people but sadly am now sick within an hour of eating there.
