Jason's Deli has a protocol in place for what they call "gluten sensitive" customers. My son has ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread and they have a separate area where they prepare such meals. The mayo they used was a packet so no cross contact issue. They do a glove change as well. This time my son got the gf chicken nuggets. I asked and they informed me they cook these on their own tray (which has been cleaned prior), so minimizes cross contact. His carrots, dip, and gf nuggets came on their own tray in individual containers with lids. They do put a sticker on each lid stating in so many words they can not guarantee no cross contact, but of course they can't because this isn't a dedicated gf facility. I feel my son is safe with the protocols they have in place. And their food is delicious!

Gluten free bread. Yummy sandwich. I am Celiac and felt good about the sandwich and precautions they take.
I love their giant baked potato! The GF bread is ok, it falls apart easily though. They did offer to toast it for me one time which I thought was nice. I declined though since the sandwich was for the next day. I haven't tried them, but they do offer GF chicken nuggets on the kids menu now. Bonus if you eat in store, the free soft serve ice cream, just use a bowl instead of a cone.
Great food and service.

The bread is amazing! Will be back to try more options.
Great menu and great food! I'd give it 5 stars if the gluten free bread didn't cost $2 extra other than that I love to eat here. The fire roasted tortilla soup is gluten free and delicious!
Love their salads and sandwiches..., lots of good gluten free food;)

Have had a few sandwiches on their gluten free bread. Love the Chewy Marshmallow Treat!

Had lunch there today, ordered the CB Ranch Potato. Ask them to change gloves because of gluten allergy. I have celiac and a wheat allergy. Meal arrives in a to-go container with a gluten label, with the store disclaimer about only being gluten sensitive. I was ok during the meal, but was feeling very sick by the time we left. I would not recommend for anyone who is Celiac which the restaurant does state.

While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.
