Juan's Flying Burrito

The waitress didn’t know what celiac disease was. But once I explained it to her she lamented with me and then tried to help, but was unsure. The menu has a few things marked GF. I got a burrito bowl and it was super yummy and I didn’t get sick! The waitress told me she thought the chips were fried with the churros, but the nachos are listed as GF so maybe stay away from the chips in case of celiac. Not sure if I’m the cross contamination would be ok for gluten intolerance.

The waitstaff was very helpful and understanding of my gf needs and there were options marked on the menu. I had a Burrito bowl and it was amazing.
