Good food! Didn’t seem like a ton of safety precautions were taken, but tasty.

GF lobster roll was delicious - the bun was amazing and tasted like normal bread. Staff was knowledgeable. When I mentioned celiac, they walked me through the steps they take to avoid cross contamination. Staff member changed gloves and prepared gf roll separately. Only thing to avoid was the warm butter. Other specialty rolls were safe - I recommend the white truffle butter! Lobster bisque was also creamy and delicious!

Had gf lobster roll and lobster bisque. Worker changed gloves. Both items were very tasty, hard to believe the bun was gf.

They have a limited number of gf rolls available each day, I was lucky enough to get one, it was delicious! The small shrimp roll was a perfect quick lunch stop and kept me full for the rest of my day exploring until dinner!

Yum!! Gf bun, he was knowledgeable about cross contamination and said to steer clear of the warm buttered roll but the cold lobster, shrimp or crab roll can be made gf and chips are gf. So great! Limited menu for everyone :)

They were not serving GF rolls. Lobster bisque and clam chowder were both GF. They only do cold rolls so didn't ask if they could serve it without a roll.

SO GOOD. Best lobster roll and gf bun I’ve ever had. It was similar to a hot dog bun, and the butter they put on was amazing. No cross contamination issues, and the staff was cautious and cleaned the area before preparing my food. Highly recommend.

I got here right when they opened and they had their gluten free bread. The lobster roll was delicious. The lobster itself isn’t served warm but the bread is toasted.

Pleased to have eaten here and tried a good selection of seafood! We got gluten free bread so you might want to call ahead and see if they have any available to avoid any mishaps. Not sure about the prices though, I suppose that’s the price of seafood? Couldn’t tell ya if it was expensive or not, all I could tell you was that it was REAL good. DELICIOUS. Very safe as well, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bread is actually very tasty!

Walked far to get here.. no GF bread. Very disappointing.
I ordered the gluten free lobster roll. Best $27 I ever spent. Honestly, you need to eat this. Let them know that you're gluten free request is for an "allergy" and they'll change their gloves and prepare your order in a completely different area of the kitchen. In LOVE with the sandwhich. QUALITY!! The toasted roll they use is FANTASTIC!!! Not something you can usually say of a gfree bread. I did not get sick at all. Great experience!!! Will eat here again!!! Highest recommend!!!

Their lobster rolls were AMAZING and I was shocked at how amazing the gluten free bun was. It was insane and both my 12 year old son (who is also celiac) LOVED IT!

Good lobster roll and safe for celiacs. Honestly not worth the $20, and Atlantic Grill has a better lobster roll that costs less.

This place is pricey but very good! It’s the second location I have eaten at. I also tried another location in DC. I have had the gluten free lobster roll, the gluten free Jonah crab roll, and the clam chowder. They were all excellent. The mochi-like buns are interesting, different, light and tasty. They do tend to crack down the middle but it was so good that I didn’t mind. The rolls are loaded with lobster and crab. The chowder is delicious even heated up the next day. I would go again for a special occasion.

Everything on the menu can be prepared gluten free! There fryers are all gluten free because they use a gluten free breading on all of their fried options. The staff was very knowledgeable and the food was great! Had the fried pickles and lobster roll flight, could not have been more happy!! Definitely would go back! Such an amazing view as well.

The staff was really nice and offered to clean the prep area before making my food when they were told it was for celiac. They didn’t seem put out by it at all and the food was delicious.

Overall, a fantastic experience. They offer gluten-free options using rice flour, which was a game-changer for me—I got to enjoy fried pickles again! The lobster roll was incredibly flavorful, and the gluten-free bun held up well, unlike others that tend to fall apart. Surprisingly, it was on the thicker side, but I didn't mind at all.
