I’m pretty disappointed in this place, which is sad because I really wanted to like them. It’s such a cute shop and their merch is on point. But it’s a vegan place first and foremost and should brand as such; the gluten free definitely seems like a last minute after thought. As in, they should be labeling themselves “gluten friendly” and not “gluten free”. They cook everything on the same flattop so while they have gf menu options, cross contamination is a major issue. I wasn’t wowed by the baked goods. The cheesecake was alright, the Oreo cookie and oatmeal cookie were fine. They are very sweet but lack “flavor”. And I do take issue with shared spaces and being labeled “gluten free”. If they use a shared flattop I would assume they also share baking equipment. Which is FINE but they should use “gluten friendly” as a qualifier, NOT “gluten free”. Proceed with caution. The quesadilla platter was not good. Eggplant as a quesadilla option was a bit… odd and not good. They serve it with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, which is fine for real cheese texture but doesn’t go great with vegan cheese texture. The salsa was actually good so maybe chips and salsa would be a better side texture wise. The latte and cortado were not good, neither was the smoothie. Lastly we either went in on a really off day or the place just runs very poorly. The poor worker didn’t know what she was doing but with at least 3 other people there I’m not sure anyone else did either. We were there well over 45 minutes waiting for our items. The drinks, which are usually ready first, took the longest. The food took about 15 minutes, the coffee about 30, the smoothie about 40 because “their blender broke”. There was no other customers there, which should have been an indication. But in the time it took to serve our in person order, one other customer came in with a to go order. Their order took a long time also, over 30 minutes to prepare, but he was in and out before we even got our drinks. The bathroom also stank to high heaven, I’m not even sure of what or why.

This place is adorable. They're not dedicated gluten free, but they're very knowledgeable about their ingredients and protocols. The woman at the counter told me many of their café items are made with corn or can be made with corn, but they'll still have to be cooked on a shared grill, so they aren't celiac-safe. The baked goods! Omg. The top shelf of the pastry case is reserved for gluten-free cookies, cakes, and cheesecakes. I tried the giant oreo (two big chocolate cookies sandwiched with butter cream) and the mixed berry mini cheesecake. Both were SO yummy- I didn't think to ask about the cheesecake crust, which turned out to be oats. I didn't get sick but next time I'll be sure to ask if they use gf oats.

Super friendly staff, adorable little spot. I had the turtle cheesecake and it was great. The whole top row of the pastry case is GF.

Not impressed. Would not recommend this place to anyone gluten/dairy free. I don’t understand why this bakery is even listed here. For the cost, I found the quality lacking. And the staff’s hygiene practices - ugh!

This is a new vegan bake shop and I love it. The owner understands celiac disease and takes gluten free food items seriously. While it is not a dedicated gluten free facility I am very sensitive to gluten and have not had a reaction after eating any of the gluten free items. She does gluten free macaroons, cheesecake, cookies, and pies. The cheesecake is soooooooo delicious. And the gluten free Oreo cookie makes me think I’m actually eating an Oreo but way better! Check this place out for sure! I come once a week now it’s so good. It’s at the corner of the retail center between Affordable Dentures and Viva H2O.
