Although they have both gf and cauliflower crusts they will make no attempt to clean the screens or use separate utensils. They are NOT a gluten free safe restaurant.

The staff said this is not celiac friendly and recommended that I not eat here. So I didn’t. Strange that they would not make any attempt at accommodation.

Amazing gourmet pizzas, and the best part is that they can all be crafted on a gluten free crust. Go here if you want to indulge in a unique gluten/guilt-free pizza experience.

In general,mod is good for me. I went while it was really slow. They double checked who got what since my partner got something with gluten.

I have never gotten sick here! I do like the cauliflower crust better than the GF crust — that one tastes like cardboard

So happy there is a MOD in the Gorge finally!! The offer gluten friendly crust and also a cauliflower crust. All the toppings are gluten free. The staff changed their gloves without even being asked ❤ Thank you!!!

They have gluten free crust which is good if you are only sensitive to gluten, if your celiac such as myself stay far away from this place, you are 100% guaranteed to have cross contamination!!!! They use shared prep station, and oven not safe at all !!!!
