I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)
They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.
None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

BEWARE They used to be awesome about gf things and always making sure to put an allergy stick in it. I haven’t had one of those in months and have gotten sick multiple times. Won’t be trying it again, i used to eat here every week but management must have changed the last few months. They DO NOT have the same gluten precautions they used to

Who knows about cross-contamination. Large kitchen lots of people. It will be hit or miss on the day. Food was decent

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Ask for a gluten free menu and they will give you an iPad with all allergen information on it. They have gluten free buns for burgers and the fries are safe to eat. I love going here and I have never gotten sick from it.

Love love love!! My all time favorite gluten free restaurant. They have a separate fryer to keep the fries gluten free and away from cross contamination. You can also get a gluten free bun, although I typically get a lettuce wrap!

Excellent food! Didn't get sick. Have Celiac's. Ordered Avocabo salad with cheddar instead of blue cheese with ranch and no garlic toast. Even had a French fry as they have separate fryers for fries.

Not safe for celiacs major cross-contamination! Manager has a very nonchalant attitude towards the issue! Manager was rude and condescending when I was explaining about cross-contamination is dangerous for celiacs. After eating got extremely bloated very sick before even left the resturant! Will never ever go back to this location for now on we will drive an hour to Cincinnati to go to the Red Robin in Kenwood or they are extremely careful and take good care of their customers and are super friendly!

They provide an iPad that is interactive to filter out or suggest modifications to meet allergens identified. I had the Marco Polo which is a grilled chicken sandwich but added a GF bun. Also have a dedicated fryer on request for GF fries. I'm celiac and no issues with cross contamination.
Yes
It's definitely one of my favorite gluten free restaurants they have a very good bun but if you get the fries don't use the seasoning

I can eat here safely, just not enjoyably. You can order a bun but since it isn't warmed or toasted/grilled I prefer without. You need to look up the menu on your phone or a provided iPad and it is a little difficult to maneuver. I don't care for the hamburgers without a regular bun.
doesn't know that wheat is gluten.

It was wonderful to have options and a gluten-free bun but the GF menu is only on-line and it was time consuming looking up every item individually on different links. I missed a lot of conversation while researching my meal options. I would have preferred to be handed a menu that lists the burgers, cheese, sauces etc. in one place rather than fiddling with my phone. You also have to be careful because while 'cheeseburger' was on the GF list, the waitress, knowing I was Celiac, offered me choices of cheese including blue cheese. I then asked her to wait while I found the 'cheese' section of the website (which was a separate link than the cheeseburgers) only to find that blue cheese is not gluten free. I would recommend careful pre-planning before you go, but I do appreciate that I can have a cheeseburger & fries like a normal person here. They are making a great effort, but I'd really like the convenience of having a menu like everyone else.

Service is horrible & no one seems to know what the difference between wheat & gluten is. Will never go back!
Had previously rated them well, but they've decided to eliminate printed menus for GF items at all RR.
Best GF-friendly chain restaurant in the area. Good sized gluten-free menu, and the hamburgers on GF buns are excellent! Fries are cooked in a separate, GF-certified fryer.

Very knowledgeable staff. Good gluten free menu.
Absolutely delicious!!! The wait staff is very knowledgable! The GF buns and fries are wonderful!!! I'm so thrilled!! :)
Knowlegable staff. GF bun is good. Good food prep and quality.
Gluten free buns and a separate frier for the fries. I can have fries again!!!!! All the staff is super knowledgable about gf options.
I love these burgers. I usually get them wrapped in lettuce and that makes them very messy. The gluten free bun is pretty good, though. The only thing I don't like about their GF menu is that it is basically just a bright yellow binder that screams "I have an allergy!" The food has always been excellent so I guess I can't complain too much.
Outstanding food and extremely knowledgable staff. Fourth Red Robin I have been to in as many locations & every single one has been top notch. Not only great GF practices but great service & food!
The manager came to the table to explain the options and communicated with the kitchen. Good GF practices.
Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
