Ryan behind the bar knows his allergy menu! Asked for a chicken sandwich and before I could say no bacon (the bacon is not gluten free) he finished my sentence. Two allergy tags on my meal. Second time we have been here and great service and attention to celiac. Will be back!

I gave this chain a second shot. I had a basket of fries they claimed was in the dedicated fryer. Back at the table I found part of an onion ring in there. The server and manager were shocked and apologetic which was great. But not worth my health and just increased my fear of eating out.

We never really ate here before my husband's celiac disgnosis but we gave it a try based on reviews saying it was fairly safe. My husband had a bad feeling but we stayed. He had a chili burger off the gf menu and fries with no seasoning. Before we were done eating he started getting a headache and stomach issues. The chain is commonly found so I was hoping for success, but we won't be going back.

Updated review: BEWARE. We decided to try one more time in Mar 2018 (we had been contaminated the last two visits). It happened again with this visit, even tho the server said they cleaned the grill, wore gloves, etc. Hubby got sick as soon as we got home. Something has changed there and can’t risk going back again. Too bad since the food is tasty and the prices are good. Original review: Been here several times without a problem. However, make sure the server checks on the sauces. He told us one was GF but after checking found out it wasn't. Otherwise, they do a good job with GF.

Not a great GF selection. But they do update the Allergy menu every month, and did their best to accommodate.

Don't trust it...wrapping burgers in lettuce instead of a bun is not any real commitment to offering gf menu.

Cheese Burger! It's been a long time since I had a great cheese burger on the bun. They also cook the gf fries in a separate fryer.

Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
