I always use the website for reference. Delicious as usual
Burger was great, sweet potato fries were quite average… but at least they have a separate fryer for them. They seem somewhat knowledgeable about allergies and the correct processes. Was a shame the staff weren’t that pleasant to deal with though and seemed very judgemental. They don’t have a separate menu but you have to go through on the ipad and it tells you what you can and can’t have… almost every item needs stuff substituted.

Can have every burger with gluten free bun. Stayed at a local resort for 2 weeks and ate here over 5 times with no reaction. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Great service and they have a gluten free menu. All their sides are gluten free! They also accommodate many allergies. I ordered the turkey burger with lettuce bun and my husband the simple burger double. Each item was carefully cooked. I’ll come back!

The wait staff was not very knowledgeable about gluten or any other allergies. They took an excessively long time bringing out our food. The bun smelt terrible and was inedible. There was no one coming to check on how our food was. Very disappointed
They have an interactive menu that lists all ingredients for every item. You have to bounce between the regular menu for the description and the interactive to get the full picture though. Fries are done in separate fryer per corporate policy. The server at this location indicated there was a separate prep area for "allergy orders".

This place was absolutely disgusting - greasy fast food. The burgers were so well done they were like hockey pucks. Although our server was extremely nice, he messed up our order several times. The burgers were so greasy and I'd such poor quality, I had a gallbladder attack the next day! The good news was that there didn't seem to be any gluten in my meal.
eat here at this location on a weekly basis...very sensitive celiac and never once sick. awesome management too
service is great! but I have been a few times and every single time I get sick from their food. they are cross contaminating something. if you have celiacs disease STAY AWAY!!!!!

Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
