I’ve gone here a multitude of times and recently have been disappointed in the taste/quality of food. When it’s good it’s really good, when it’s not it’s just disappointing.
I feel safe eating here for anyone who is wanting burgers and fries as they have messed up my order they let me know that my food may take longer because they started over to assure safety.

I have Celiac disease and have struggled to find places to eat in Bloomington until I decided to take a chance on Red Robin with my family. We went there and informed them of my Celiac Disease and they brought out the manager and the managing partner to give me an entire rundown of the allergy kit they would use to cook the meal and the assurance that she would not only cook my meal personally, but that she would cook it first before the gluten-filled food to keep it even safer. I have never gotten better treatment nor felt safer from eating at an establishment and would highly recommend eating here.
Their allergy menu is also very comprehensive and easy to navigate as it’s online and it tells you exactly what is safe and what is not safe, even in regards to cross contamination.
A wonderful and safe place for Celiacs.

This is a chain that does gluten free really well - I’m celiac and can rely on them for a consistent burger. The dedicated fryer at the restaurant near me is great too - it’s rare to be able to enjoy fries.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

We ordered the Master Cheese and overall had a good experience. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries, and the staff were very helpful and made sure to note that the order was for an allergy.

Great menu for Gluten free. My son is 13 and is usually disappointed when we eat out. He loved the food selections. waitress was very helpful when we asked questions. He was also offered more fries! We will definitely be back!
Excellent service every time we go. I even ordered the garlic parm fries to try once and a manager came out to let me know that while those are on the GF menu, he wanted me to know that the butter used is near other items in the kitchen, and he couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be cross contamination. I was floored. We've been back 10 times. I always get the same thing, but I'm never disappointed. Service is great, fries are great.. and do yourself a favor and get the gourmet cheeseburger with all toppings except relish, and then dip it in the sweet and spicy ketchup.. reminds me of a whopper!!!

Food was cold, GF bun on my burger was dry, no offer of more fries. After the great burger and fries I had in Grand Rapids, MI, this was a big disappointment. I had talked up my great experience to friends who dined with us and their food came under cooked and cold.
Red Robin never disappoints. Great service, waiter Tony was very attentive and handled my allergy like a pro. They cooked everything separately and I felt fine afterward (I have celiac.) Only complaint was my burger wasn't very hot when I got it and the bottom bun was a little dry but all in all, great burger and fries!
Excellent GF buns and knowledgeable staff. They color code GF allergy so as to discourage CC.
Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
