Enjoyed the pizza. 1st one I’ve had in a year. Good variety beyond the normal cheese or pepperoni pizza. The menu did mention the GF crust contained wheat starch. That made me really nervous. I have a colitis condition (not celiac) and am sensitive right now and, now writing this 1 day later, I did not have a reaction. From what I know, it’s wheat proteins, gluten being one of them, that is the issue so if the it’s purely starch with no protein then would not cause issue.
