happyhealthyhomemade Is Jeni’s ice cream celiac safe? They are not certified and have both gluten free “cake” flavored ice creams as well as gluten-ful “cake” flavored ice creams. Has anyone tested their products? 1 year ago

misformeal I haven’t tested any of the products on a Nima sensor or anything like that, but I’ve been ok each time I’ve had Jeni’s! (I’m celiac and sensitive to cross contamination)

emilysagemusic I always ask for an allergy scoop (they take a scoop from a freshly opened ice cream bin that hasn’t been cross contaminated with cones yet) I never have had a problem with gluten free labeled ice creams. 1 reply

Sneaky_Britches Safe if you pick things that wouldn’t contain gluten. Have had them 3x and never gotten sick. Our were delivered to our office.

carol57534 Jeni’s has several gluten-free ice creams to purchase. If you tell them that you have celiac disease and must be GF, then they will even open a new batch of ice cream to avoid cross contamination. I usually just purchase the GF pints. They are all labeled.
