AlexisMangat What is your favorite OTC Gf flour blend? We have used King Arthur’s predominantly and Americas Test Kitchen blend. What are the thoughts on others Bobs, Namaste etc thanks 1 year ago
Mari I find King Arthur’s to be too grainy. I really liked Bob’s red Mills. It tends to be really good for cookies and pies. It has good texture for waffles and muffins and cakes too, though it can be a bit dense, for those things. I have started using Cup4Cup, which is my new favorite. It is a couple dollars more than King Arthur or Bob’s Red Mill, but it is so worth it. It gives a great texture and flavor. Now, I tend to mostly use Cup4Cup, but will sometimes supplement with Bob’s Red Mills.
GenuineFood1 Cup 4 cup is wonderful for baking. I use Bobs Red Mill for all other cooking/baking Bobs is good for pancakes too.
susan703 I use Cup4Cup most of the time but use Pamela’s for cookies, adding xanthan gum.
Rachaellroth I use GF Jules 1-for-1 all purpose flour and bread mix. King Arthur’s pancake/waffle mix.
maura_h My favorite is the Americas test kitchen blend. I tried others but the results weren’t as consistent. Bobs red mill is my back up but seemed to dry out some baking.
beth2022 I use Namaste 1 reply
kategcom Bobs red mill one to one is my staple pantry item
bobbi895 I use Pamela's for muffins.
