I am sooooooo impressed with this nando's. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, the staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve us due to my dietaries and I felt very safe and taken care of. Honestly, my first visit to London, I was so impressed.

Had delicious chicken with sweet potatoes. Also the loaded fries taste nice. Nice staff around and they have a special list on their ipad where all the allergies are. Very nice place to go to!

I specified my requirements when seated. Was given an ipad to search what I'd like and check allergens. Lots of choice. Ordered at till so manager could monitor. Came with an 'allergy' flag so I knew it was mine. My OH ordered garlic bread. Server kept it separate and away from my side of table.

I’ve been going to Nando’s for years and have never specifically noticed feeling ill afterwards. However, the last time I ate there, they accidentally served me garlic bread (when I had put the order through as gluten allergy order). The waitress took the garlic bread off the plate but didn’t realise I couldn’t have the rest of it due to cross contact. She was happy to help when I explained how sensitive I was even to crumbs, and got me a completely new meal, but it did plant seeds of doubt in my mind. The next time we went into Nando’s, we were about to order my usual gluten free meal, but the employee on the till asked if I was a Coeliac (as he was on himself), and after saying that I was, he advised against ordering the chicken, as they cook the garlic bread on the same grill! I believe they wipe the grill down, but this was enough to put me off going there again. It may differ at different restaurants but I’m not sure it’s worth the risk.

Manager took my order. Good knowledge of coeliac disease and their menu. Only chips in their fryer so gluten free. All chicken naturally gluten free and prepared in a separate area for allergies. Came with an allergy flag and I felt safe.

Ask the manager and they will help you. Nando’s basically do everything gluten free apart from the bread, wraps, buns and garlic bread. Chicken and sauces and most sides are gluten free, just need to order at the toll so they can take extra care with your meal. Going in at the start of the day is the best way to ensure minimal cross-contamination, since the kitchen is cleanest

Simply a dream for all people with gluten intolerance and probably also for people with celiac disease. The manager really knows his stuff and you immediately feel like you're in good hands here. It was explained to us straight away that everything would be prepared separately especially for me. It's also very tasty... it's definitely worth a visit.

When you go up to order, the server always asks if you have any allergens and if you've eaten there before. I've never had a problem with cross contamination and your order comes with a red flag to show you have an allergen so the kitchen are aware. My go to is butterfly chicken with peri salted chips and broccoli. Hits the spot every time!!!

At the counter, I was asked if I had any allergies. When I mentioned gluten allergy, a manager was summoned to the till and he explained the menu clearly with what had and hadn't gluten. I ate the lemon and herb spiced half chicken with peri peri chips and sweetcorn. It was absolutely delicious!

Noted they asked everyone in the queue for any allergies before taking their order. As with any Nando's I've been to once you mentioned Gluten they got the manager to take my order. I was also advised about cross contamination and that areas would be cleaned to mitigate this as best they can. All in all a pleasant experience, Nando's is always a safe bet.

Service here was great! They were very clear about what was gluten free, and there was plenty available. All their sauces are gluten free and so are the fries. There’s no gluten free bread so you don’t have a ton of variety, but what’s there and available us good enough to cancel it out! Just be careful with portion sizes they are way bigger than expected, sjdhdhdh.

The manager was happy to take my order but didn't know what was GF and what could be modified on the menu. When they brought my food out they had put an "allergy" flag into my chicken, and put the sides from the other person on my table onto my plate despite us having separate orders. Those sides included garlic bread, which was on top of my chicken. When I raised this, they apologised. Then after we finished our food they brought out a complementary dessert to apologise again. A complementary lemon tart that contained gluten. When I explained I can't have gluten and that was the issue in the first place, they walked away with it and didn't come back. Hard pass.

Always have a great gf experience at Nandos. No dedicated gf options (buns/wraps) but chicken, chips and majority of sides (apart from garlic bread) are gluten free, along with all sauces. The manager always takes my order and checks everything is gluten free from their allergen guide, then alerts the kitchen of an allergy order and grills are cleaned down to reduce cross contamination risk. I’ve never had a reaction from here or any other Nandos - highly recommend!

Nandos is a solid option for peri peri chicken. They have good allergy advice but were unable to offer me anything really besides chicken and corn on the cob. Previously when I went in and also said i was celiac that time I seemed to have more range than chicken and corn so not entirely sure who was right or wrong… the chicken is tasty though

Lovely place, I’ve been here multiple times. You get seated quickly and when you get handed the menu the staff asks about allergies. When mentioning of celiac the manager approached with a tablet of the menu and listing of every ingredient. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. My food takes a bit longer but I’m pleased that it’s marked with an allergy pin. Good variety of items on the menu, all chicken and most of the sides are gf, if not gf they most likely will make it gf for you!

First time at a Nando’s since dx. My order was taken by a manager, they didn’t have a separate GF menu but you can find detailed allergy information on their website. I was able to order what I wanted without substitution. My meal had an allergy flag when it arrived.
I was told the fries are the only thing that go into the fryer so they’re completely GF. I didn’t risk the self serve drinks or sauces.
I was disappointed that the only GF dessert was gelado.

Manager takes any orders with allergies. No gluten free menus or marked gf. You can filter on the online menu but if you filter out anything with risk or contamination it gives you no options. Still staff say you can pretty much have anything, just without any bread. So a big variety.

It was ok, the food was lovely but options were extremely limited. I was disappointed as the coleslaw was not gluten free. Though all of the sauces are.
The chips and leek chips are gluten feee, but they do not have any gluten free breads or buns, so unless you want a piece of chicken on its own, the options are poor.
Overall my food was really nice but i’d have preferred more options. The member of staff serving us did not seem knowledgeable about allergens and told me that i should order at the till instead.

Knowledgeable staff regarding food allergies and preferences. No dedicated gf menu however the did have a pdf on a tablet that listed all common allergens for each of the menu options and most everything was gf. When ordering you mention which allergen and the kitchen staff is notified so that precautions can be taken when preparing the food. Food was amazing!

Great experience with Miss 10. Minute I said about coeliac the waitress said I just order at the counter and only the manager could take the order. Manager checked every item on allergen sheet and instructed staff to be extra careful. Meal (grilled chicken with chips and corn) came out separately with allergy flag. Daughter very sensitive, no reaction.

My first time eating out since finding out I am gluten intolerant and I was a bit worried as I couldn’t see much online. When we went in and were shown to our table we were asked if we had any allergies and when I explained gluten I was advised that I had to order at the till with the manager. The manager could not have been any more helpful and explained I could give my order and he would advise if it was gluten free and said if he didn’t know the answer he would find out. He was brilliant! I was pleased to find out their chips are gluten free so the only thing I changed on my usual order was I swapped garlic bread for broccoli. It was explained they would use separate utensils to avoid cross contamination. My food came down with a wee allergy flag in it (same as the ones for the sauces). Excellent service and great food! :)

I always feel incredibly safe eating at Nando’s. They are clear that when you have an allergy, place an order up front instead of on the app. As soon as you mention an allergy, a manger is brought forth to take your order, discuss severity, and she personally delivered my meal. Highly recommend!
