When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

Never had a problem here. They ask if it is an allergy or preference. I order the Mac and cheese and it is great! They do not have a variety of GF noodles but still really good. I’ve eaten at this location several times and never had a problem.

The Pad Thai w/ rice noodles is GF and DF, and is my favorite. There’s also a red sauce that is safe. I wouldn’t recommend for Celiacs, as I’ve found a stray regular noodle in my bowl a few times. Great customizable options, good online ordering menu. 8/10

They have gluten free noodle options. They can’t guarantee anything to be completely gluten free but they will make your meat separate in the oven if you ask which reduces the risk of cross contamination. I always get sick here even with precautions.

They have gf noodles that are really good, but if you have an allergy, DO NOT RISK IT!! There were many other noodles that ended up in my meal that are not gf. Cross-contamination will for sure occur at this chain!! If you are not as sensitive like me, it was fine and really good, but I do not have an allergy.

When our family ordered food from here, a staff member was knowledgeable about what type of food was safe for someone who has celiac. They made sure to tell the prep cooks as well in preparation. The pad thai was delicious.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I was very clear my whole order had to be gluten free. They wrote down gluten and allergy. Then they handed me a bowl of gluten-free pasta covered with what I thought was the Parmesan crusted chicken. But they got it wrong and it was the panko chicken. Which made me very very sick. They were so kind they said they would give me my 10 bucks back. They sounded like they really couldn't care less. On top of that the food is absolute garbage. The chicken doesn't even look like chicken. It's like some kind of junk they scrape together, ran through a grinder, and put breading on it.

Ordered the Pad Thai with rice noodles, which is marked as a “gluten sensitive” item. Light cross contamination doesn’t usually bother me, but this dish made me sick. Due to the ingredients all being GF, I have to think it’s something in the preparation, so unfortunately I’ll be avoiding this chain.

It seems crazy to have a good GF experience at a noodle place but I did! Not once but three straight days. They have an allergy menu plus GF noodles. They can’t guarantee no cross-contamination but they did prepare my food in a separate area. The Pad Thai is GF and dairy free. Big bonus points from me.

I felt safe enough, and I didn’t get sick. The Caesar salad is yummy. The Mac and Cheese wasn’t cheesy enough the first time, so I ordered extra cheese and it was delish! The next time I ordered the Pad Thai and the noodles were sooooo dry. Barely any sauce again, but it tasted yummy. I should have known. I don’t know if I will be back, but if I do, I will have to be prepared to buy extra sauce for every dish.

I guess I know why Noodles & Co isn’t really on here… I love that they offer GF noodles and zoodles. But they might as well not offer anything… There was 2 regular noodles in my zoodle dish and a regular noodle in my hubby’s cauliflower gnocchi. Not sure if they cook everything together or drain in the same colander but they obviously don’t take any care with gluten free and cross contamination is high!

Had gluten noodles in my gluten free noodles. Not safe at all. Alerted the manager and she said “gluten is in the air” so Celiacs should not eat here. Literally no knowledge about gluten allergies at all! Stay safe and do NOT eat here

This place is part of my weekly lunch rotation. I order online and make sure to substitute the noodles with the gluten free. I also leave a bold note that I have a gluten allergy. Mac and cheese, buttered noodles, and pad thai are all safe. I have at other locations had a stray gluten noodle, but no issue at this location. If you order in person and you say you have an allergy a manager now has to swipe a card to indicate it’s an allergy order.

I’ve ordered (shrimp) pad Thai and the gluten free noodles (spaghetti-no meatballs) many times and never had an issue. They ask if it’s an allergy and yell back to kitchen ‘“allergy” so take it for what it’s worth knowing there is lots of cross-contamination possible.

Noodles & Co. has a great gluten free menu. I have never had any issues at any of the chain locations across the country and the Garden City location met the same expectations. They have gluten free pipette noodles, rice noodles for Pad Thai, and Zoodles that can be used in any dish.
