They told us 30-35 minute wait to be seated and we ended up waiting an hour and a half. I got their gluten-free Bourbon Street pancakes. The flavors were really yummy with the rum syrup (a very small amount), bananas, pecans, and whipped cream however, edges of the pancakes were dense, dry, and gritty while the center was uncooked and still had batter running onto the plate. They bacon was gross and had a weird taste. The price range obviously had a recent increase, online was $12-$15 a plate when we got there it was $20 a plate plus an up charge for GF

I saw this place had pretty good reviews and dragged my entire family here just to wait an hour and a half (after we were told 30 mins wait) and then saw the prices were almost double what they were online. The gluten free pancakes were somehow DRY and the middle was mush making no way to enjoy the food. All of us gluten free people were very disappointed and unsatisfied which also came with a very high bill.

It says directly on their menu that none of the items are gluten free, they are only “gluten friendly” which is not safe for a celiac to eat
— No gluten-free information on the menu

I had the gluten free pancakes with eggs and chicken maple sausage. It was all great and I had no reaction. They bring a separate gf menu upon request. It’s a lot of food too!

They are quick to point out that cross contamination may exist so the GF menu is Gluten Friendly and not GFree. The gluten friendly menu is extensive with GF pancakes, omelettes and more. The pancakes are delicious but not on a dedicated griddle.

They claim they take allergens seriously. I ordered from the GF menu, expressed I have celiac at the time of ordering. The food was brought out stacked amongst the other plates with the GF plate undet others and their "gluten free" marker being a stick in the pancakes. Food pieces from non-GF food had fallen across the GF plate making the food inedible for me. They brought out the food order incomplete leaving my 3 year old the only one without food for about 5 minutes or more past everyone else. When I gave him mine so he could eat, the server argued with me with an attitude uneccessarily telling me how the kid's pancakes are smaller than the adult and, presumably, expecting me to leave my confused and hungry child without food while everyone else got to eat. When they brought his food out, there were black specks all over the pancakes, clearly some kind of burnt food that wasn't the pancakes themselves as they were baked into it. They clearly do not actually take the allergy precautions seriously like they claim.
