Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)
They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.
None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

Our server was knowledgeable about gluten free needs. Gluten free buns available and dedicated fryer for fries. While not my favorite place to eat, my daughter loves burgers and fries, so this is a safe option.

I love this location! I am a highly symptomatic celiac and have eaten here more times than I can count without a reaction. The bun is delicious, the staff is knowledgeable, and if you ask for gluten free fries in the dedicated fryer they will make them safe. You have to remember to ask for it for a gluten allergy specifically, so they know to put it in that fryer and not the one with the onion rings.

The best dining experience as a celiac, ever! The waiter showed me on his handheld device how he flagged my food for ‘gluten allergy’ and explained that if I get food without a special pick in it, to send it back. The kitchen manager stopped by our table, the waiter was so kind. My husband accidentally grabbed a fry from my basket with his glutenous hands, the waiter happily ordered me a new basket of fries.

I'm happy that this place takes Food Allergies seriously and is as risk-free as it gets for celiacs.
Designated fryer for gf fries and gf food is prepared in a separate area if you specify Allergy.
The allergen info is on the Red Robin allergen website and it's very clear what toppings and sided you can have with a red, yellow, green color-coding system.
I enjoyed the burger on a good gf bun, with relish, tomato, lettuce, and Garlic aioli, and "bottomless" fries. The meal was tasty and filling. We didn't need any refills on fries.
My meal arrived FAST - in less than 10 minutes, hot and with a labeled toothpick marking it as Gluten free, as per good allergy safety protocols.
The food was good, the service was friendly. They refilled my husband's drink in a timely fashion.
The negatives were that the two hostesses were quite passive and seemed like they didnt want to be there, and the WiFi password was trickier than necessary with too many capital letters and a punctuation mark and that made it take awhile for the hostess to explain since she had to specify whether each letter was uppercase or capitalized.
Also, the "dipping sauce" on offer seemed like salad dressing, which was unappetizing.
We recommend it. Easy parking, fast, tasty, decent priced food in a convenient spot, and Very Allergy Friendly.

We ordered ahead for curbside pickup, and couldn’t have been happier with our service! My burger and fries were not only in their own container (which I know is standard), but were also put into their own plastic bag to keep them away from the other items in the larger bag. And as always, my burger and French fries were delicious!

I love knowing I can safely get a gluten free bun and fries at Red Robin. It’s our go to when I crave a burger. Their seasoning is also gluten free and you can buy a 16 oz container. I use it at home all the time!

We called in an order everybody was super nice. The lady on the phone made sure everything safe double checking everything. When the kitchen messed up our order she called and explained the situation and made them redo it. We were happy that she was honest and the food was awsome. There hamburger buns were great they didn't have the Gritty flavor or texture to them. They also have a dedicated fryer.

I've tried eating here several times and I'd say they get it right 50 percent of the time. I always let the server know and they note it in the order. I've ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli and also ordered the avocado salad with no croutons. First time I ordered the sandwich with a gf bun but still had symptoms I'd had gluten. Second time, I ordered no bun...still symptoms. The only thing I've had no symptoms from was the salad. I just don't feel the kitchen staff really takes care ensuring no cross contamination despite being informed it's necessary.

After reading the more recent food reviews, my husband and I gave our local Red Robin another try. It was a good experience! I really appreciate the interactive website allergen avoider and it made choosing safe options really easy. Our server was brand new but she did great. Happy to have RR back on the rotation again.

Red Robin does as good a job as any. Thier own staff have recommended to me that in addition to gluten free, I should order items and fries "without seasoning" as an extra prompt for the kitchen staff to notice. This displays a high level of awareness and transparency that I appreciate.

10 stars! The staff at this restaurant are 2nd to none. I mentioned celiac to my server, and not only was he knowledgeable, the kitchen manager brought out an iPad filtered to what I could eat and not. They provided some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant. Most of their burgers can be gluten free, they’ll even make some things custom to accommodate. They have a separate fryer for your fries. The only thing you can’t get gluten free is dessert. Boo. But otherwise, so good and satisfying! I highly recommend there for the people and the food!

Visited here recently with 2 celiacs and a wheat allergy in the party. Was able to get gluten free fries, and sweet potatoes fries, as well as a gluten free bun. Waiter was attentive to our needs and the food came out with an allergy pick. Food tasted good and no one got sick.

The waitress was careful to flag my order as gluten free allergy alert. The gluten free bun and the burger were delicious. The fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. Shortly after I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I went to Red Robin. I ordered a veggie burger on a gluten-free bun.
I had no idea how to order or tell the waiter about my celiac disease.
The waiter asked me, "Are you allergic to it? Or is there some other reason?"
I replied, "Because I have celiac disease."
The waiter said, "Oh, I understand!"
After a while, the manager brought me a burger with a colored flag on it and said, "This was cooked separately. The cooks are cooking with masks and gloves. These fries are also gluten-free. Don't worry about anything, enjoy your meal 😃
I was nervous that day because it was the first time I went out for dinner since I was diagnosed.
I was so touched by the wonderful response of the server and the manager. I cried while eating the veggie burger.
Red Robin, especially the Myrtle Beach location, is my favorite restaurant forever.

I am so impressed with their services here. I felt completely safe. They have a separate fryer & separate prep area for GF dishes and all the staff are very aware of dietary requirements. The menu has a QR code which once you scan you can select the Red robin location and your allergies and the menu that you're allowed to eat based on your preferences will populate which makes the ordering so much easier. The whole experience made me feel so normal for once.
