We called in an order everybody was super nice. The lady on the phone made sure everything safe double checking everything. When the kitchen messed up our order she called and explained the situation and made them redo it. We were happy that she was honest and the food was awsome. There hamburger buns were great they didn't have the Gritty flavor or texture to them. They also have a dedicated fryer.

Red Robin has always been excellent about making sure our sides were cooked in the gluten free fryer. They are knowledgeable about making things gluten free and very nice about it. We have never gotten sick after eating there.

They brought out our order and luckily we realized it was all mixed up. My gluten free bun was on my daughters burger and mine had a regular bun. They had no idea which one was which. They redid my order. It was yummy food but you really have to watch out for yourself.

Told had an ALLERGY to gluten. Still served a salad with croutons. Sent it back, said they'd make a new salad. Not uncommon. But then they brought back the SAME salad, croutons picked off, but still covered in visual crumbs! Burger was good, is the only reason not getting 1 star.

My waitress reassured me that everything I was ordering was gluten free and that they fried the fries in a separate fryer, but when a different waitress brought them out I questioned her about it and she was very clueless but just said yes anyway. I was very very sick afterwards and would definitely not say it’s celiac friendly.

The staff at this location is excellent. They are always very careful after I tell them I can't have gluten due to Celiac Disease. I normally order their chicken sandwich on a gf bun with fries (they are cooked in a separate frier) and it is delicious! I eat there all the time and haven't had any reactions.

General manager came over to our table (neice has celiac) and told us about their special prep area, gluten free fryer and had an iPad with everything we could order. They cook their burgers initially on a rotisserie type grill that is ver safe. We just had them run ours twice and skip the flat grill to avoid any cross contamination. Server was very nice and helpful

I am super sensitive Celiac and I reacted to something, or I'd give 5. It wasn't a big reaction, but still enough I was in pain and dealing with the repercussions. They have an iPad you can ask for, put all your allegories into, and it will tell you what on the menu you can have. They also have gluten free buns. I would recommend to those not as sensitive as I am, and will try again in a few months.

Today I met my mom and dad for lunch! We were greeted by the manager and the waitress Cindy! When my mother asked for a GF menu, the manager tried to get it to load on his tablet but unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. He then helped me through the regular menu and what could be modified. I also have an egg and cauliflower allergy so he helped me to find sauce and dressings that were safe. Cindy was very knowledgeable and even brought me out a fresh ketchup bottle she knew would be safe for me to use! I had a grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms on a lettuce wrap. They do have a gluten free bun but it had egg whites. I didn’t have a reaction to the food I ate and really enjoyed my meal with my family! 10/10 will eat here again.

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.

Went well! I assume they used a separate fryer for fries but I can’t be sure, they specified they were gluten free however. Gluten free bun, really nice allergy friendly menu. Only complaint is that my food didn’t have an allergy marker like their menu says they use, but they were reasonably rushed, so it was understandable, and I felt fine afterwards.
