Good restaurant chain. They substitute for gluten free bun on their burgers. Fries are not safe so I normally get mashed potatoes. They added a rice chicken bowl on their menu and that's what I normally order. They are pretty cautious about gluten allergy and a specific/different server comes out to bring just the gluten free order to avoid cross contamination, I suppose. Their cheesecake with no crumb base is delicious. I have never gotten contaminated going there.

Easy to substitute a (good) gluten-free bun for any burger and most sandwiches. The gluten-free crustless cheesecake is really good.
My celiac daughter and I both had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals and had no issues afterwards. They had a couple shrimp and/or chicken bowls, and a few other choices indicated by the gf symbol on the menu.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend for any celiacs. Only been once but even after ordering off the gf menu and explaining to the server, still had a major reaction to the burger... Likely not everyone's experience but eat with caution :)
Very limited menu. Some items listed gluten free on menu are not due to cross contamination in fryer. Service was good and server was knowledgable. I will not eat here again due to such a limited number of truly gluten free items.
