We started out strong with our order of GF pizza (changed gloves, etc) but then when the pizza came out of the oven the staff used the pizza cutter for wheat pizza on our pizza. If you choose to eat here, you need to be vigilant.

Blaze Pizza is NEVER celiac safe at any location as they share utensils and spaces with flour pizza. Please stop marking this as “safe” - you’re leading celiac folks astray.

Great experience at blaze! Went at 3pm on way back to hotel from a Disneyland for a mid day break. No one else in line, went to the counter and asked for 2 gluten free pizzas. Before I could tell the worker it was for celiac (allergy) he asked me and said they would all change gloves. He washed hands, put in fresh gloves, too out special mats to lay the crusts on, took the crusts from a completely separate area of the kitchen, used a separate tub of sauce (rather than the communal tub) and fresh toppings. Could not have been more careful handling the pizzas from start to finish. Do not hesitate to go here if you have celiac. I’d suggest you go during off times but I have no issues with this location

So greasy. Literally dripping with grease. I enjoy thin crust but it was literally soaking wet with grease. 😭

At first glance of the online menu I didn’t see the gluten-free options. There are actually 3 gluten-free choices to choose from. There is a traditional gluten-free crust, a Keto crust and a gluten-free cauliflower crust. I ordered the GF cauliflower crust and was pleased.

Recently changed to pre-made cauliflower crust... It is powdery and tastes horrible!! They need to bring back their GF dough.
Fresh dough crust not just a precooked. Super yummy. Lots of fresh toppings. Staff used clean gloves and food utensils. Dairy free cheese!
I've had celiac for 12 years and tasted a lot of GF pizza and this is definitely in the top half of taste. The thin crust has a great taste and doesnt taste like a normal frozen pizza that many places use. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to all. Fairly priced as well.
Not sure how stringent they are with gluten-free cooking but they do offer GF pizza bases and seem quite savvy about it. Beautiful pizza but very thin! I could’ve eaten two.
They always do glove changes for my two celiac kids. One has a dairy allergy too and they have never gotten sick!

Typically staff will comply with a glove change and use separate utensils and ingredients from below, but I've had a couple of instances where I've communicated my intolerance and staff have looked me in the face and asked "Is it ok if I don't actually accommodate" or "do you actually need this"? Needless to say, I got sick. More recently even when they followed protocol I still got glutenated.

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.
