Menu has "GF upon request" marked on the menu.
Staff said the kitchen is a huge open cross contamination field and unless it was marked she wasn't sure.
I asked about having the Carbonara with the GF pasta and to check that they didn't use flour in the sauce.
She left and confirmed with the kitchen that "there was a modification in the computer to make it GF.
There isn't much in options. For app or desserts. Definitely nothing if cross contamination is an issue.

Hostess provided a gluten free menu and the menu had GF available options. I got the pasta and cheesecake both were delicious! Would definitely recommend and go back!

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
The menu clearly labels gluten free options. My waiter was aware and concerned about my food allergies. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. I was surprised it came on gluten free sandwich bread rather than a gluten free bun. It tasted fine but I was expecting more than just a couple of slices of bread. I wish this upscale restaurant would invest in a dedicated gluten free fryer.
Yes
Staff seemed completely unaware about anything Gluten Free. Waitress didn’t listen when we said we needed gluten free and continued to bring bread to our table. Needless to say, wasn’t long after we left that I got sick. Not safe for Celiacs at all. They don’t take GF seriously here.
No
My waiter was very knowledgeable about my request and assisted my choices. I ordered a salmon dinner with two veg. Sides. I asked if the starter bread was gluten free and no, they don’t offer that choice yet. The dessert choices were 3 yessss and I got Godiva flourless chocolate cheesecake! Super fantastic!! Way to gooo
They do have many items flagged as being gluten free by request. They only have one gluten free cheesecake though. The waiter was not knowledgeable, but did offer to ask if things were gluten free & wasn't irritated by all the questions. I had the roasted chicken & it was good. Three hours later feeling a little off, but not ill.
When I went there they had the manager come talk to us and their gf hamburgers are AMAZING!! So is the gf cheesecake. There was cross contamination when I ate there once but they are okay with not cross contaminating. Like, for my sister the manager cooked her steak with a pan that they just got and had not been used yet.

The Cheesecake Factory does have a gluten free menu. They offer burgers with gluten free bun and gluten free pasta to name a few. Before they started offering the GF menu I would order the Lemon roasted chicken. They don't use a separate kitchen so it's possible for cross contamination.
Super disappointed. Called and talked to kitchen manager, Tiffany, who kept saying the had a gluten free menu. When pressed, she admitted they do not designated fryer and didn't understand why they needed to make gluten-free any differently than their regular menu.
The waitress refused to get the list of ingredients for us for any menu items. The "gluten free" fries are fried in the same fry oil as the rest of their fried foods. We were told the only thing that would be safe for us to order is their salad or a grilled meat. As much as our 2 and 4 year old would love a salad for dinner we didn't feel like paying $80 for that. Sad because all they would need is a dedicated frier and any person with celiac would be happy.

I was impressed! Large GF menu and great vegetarian options, too. I got the grilled eggplant sandwich and it was delicious. Oh, AND THEY HAVE FRIES!!! Hot out of the fryer and perfectly salted. I did have the Godiva cheesecake, which is kept in a case with regular cheesecake, so it was a risk, but I didn't get sick. I ordered takeout from the dessert center and the guys behind the counter took great precaution to prevent cross-contamination, washing hands, changing gloves, and using disposable silverware to get my cheesecake. They didn't want to put whipped cream on it because they said they weren't sure if it was GF and didn't want to make me sick. One of them put my order in and then walked back to the kitchen to reiterate to the chef that I needed the fries made fresh in the GF fryer. I appreciated the care that was taken with my meal. I will go back anytime I am in Nashville.

I work here and it is awesome! So excited! I have eaten almost every item on the gluten free menu! I have not had any problems with the food what so ever and the Godiva cheesecake is flour less and amazing! Please check it out! Let your friends know!
Only had cheesecake but didn't get sick. Would recommend calling and asking questions

I have several allergies including gluten. I am not Coeliac but very sensitive to gluten so this is not a gluten- free kitchen. The waitress was knowledgeable and ensured my burger was prepared separately. She went through all the ingredients and advised accordingly. It was a real treat as I struggled during my holiday with my food allergies.

Not many gluten free meal options and only 3 cheesecake options. Definitely not the safest option but very good if you are willing to risk it.

Glutenized.. sick for days.
Although the waiter confirmed gluten free for my salad, it had to have been cross contaminated
I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(
