I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Daughter has celiacs and we’ve eaten here a handful of times without issue. She gets GF pasta with either Alfredo or butter and has been happy each time.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Ridiculous that they have GF fries on the menu but do not serve them. Managers excuse was that they have 12.5 million dollar in French fry sales so they can't possibly provide extra space for us GF people even though it's on the menu. When I suggested that they take it off the menu, he had an excuse for that too- tried blaming it all on the server. My daughter has gotten her fries at another cheesecake factory- which is just as busy so the managers excuse is not valid- just too lazy to enforce is m thought.

The food is average but this is a popular place with my friends and family so at least I can eat here. Fairly limited in options but I have had no issues. Make sure you tell them you have an allergy.

This Cheesecake Factory doesn’t have a separate fryer for French fries. Idk about others. They fry fries in the same fryer as chicken fingers ect. They are labeled gf. If you’re gluten free & order fries, you’ll get cross contaminated.
I asked the server about the fryers. I learned my lesson from Applebee’s. They do the same thing. The server was new so got the manager. I tried to explain to the manager about fries being fried in a shared fryer are no longer gf & they’re making people sick so either take them off the menu or get a separate fryer.
I’m also going to call corporate.

The food was ok. I didn't have a reaction. However, how do they not have gluten free cheesecake!?!

I have eaten here for years and have never had a problem. Today I ordered the four cheese gluten free pasta and found a piece of gluten pasta in my bowl. The staff was very friendly and handled it well but it is NOT safe for those who are Celiac.

Called ahead to ask about the gluten-free menu & was refused information. The person answering the phone insisted I come in to look at it in person instead. Well, I'm not making the drive if I don't have a clue what's safe. And, really, why is there wheat flour in most of the cheesecakes? I just don't trust Cheesecake Factory. So shady!

I wish I could give it less stars. Shared kitchen. They just don't get it.

They just came out with a gluten free menu recently. It's a huge menu that's diverse with its options. My mom ordered the eggplant burger which came on a gluten free bun, she loved it! I ordered the pasta carbonara with gluten free pasta which was amazing as well. We ended the meal with their gluten free Godiva flour less chocolate cheesecake.
Only had cheesecake but didn't get sick. Would recommend calling and asking questions

I have several allergies including gluten. I am not Coeliac but very sensitive to gluten so this is not a gluten- free kitchen. The waitress was knowledgeable and ensured my burger was prepared separately. She went through all the ingredients and advised accordingly. It was a real treat as I struggled during my holiday with my food allergies.

Not many gluten free meal options and only 3 cheesecake options. Definitely not the safest option but very good if you are willing to risk it.

Glutenized.. sick for days.
Although the waiter confirmed gluten free for my salad, it had to have been cross contaminated
I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(
