First Chick-Fil-A experience and it was a success! Kids (1 celiac) had the grilled nugget meals with fruit cups. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a gf bun and fries - delicious! I went in to ask about their protocols and at first, they seemed a little confused but the manager assured me the only thing that goes in the fryer is the waffle fries and they are gluten-free. The only thing that goes on the grill is the chicken and that is gluten-free. They even printed out the ingredients/nutrition info for all the things that I was considering getting for my daughter. So excited that there is a fast food option for her!

Good on the go options, and have a GF bun if you want for a sandwich
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I went there on Saturday and used my Nima sensor which said the food was safe and I had no reactions.
Today I went back and went through the same process, but my Nima showed it wasn’t safe. The gentleman taking the order was unsure so I made sure to test and I’m happy I did.
Enjoyed chicken nuggets and fries! They were very knowledgeable when we were there on vacation!
I eat here all the time! So accommodating and nice! Celiac friendly with the grilled chicken and fries!
Good fast food. Like the broiled chicken salad. add ons are packaged (like croutons) so even if they are put in your bag they don't get into your salad!
This Chikfila was not knowledgeable about GF protocol at all, avoid if celiac.

The new restaurant takes GF seriously. We’ve had no issues. My son (15) is celiac’s. We always confirm before ordering and have had no problems with the staff or food.

I heard that they are celiac-friendly and wanted a quick bite on the go. This was the first time I'd gone since my diagnosis, so I went in because I was nervous about making sure it was safe for me to have it. The person who took my order had limited knowledge, maybe a recent hire. I was glad it was not very busy, and the manager took the opportunity to explain to both of us the process. Not only they have a few gf items marked on the menu, but if you tell them you have an allergy, they make sure to alert the staff, so they clean the area, utensils and change gloves before preparing the meal. They have a separate fryer for the fries, too.

Same with all Chick-fil-A places, they offer a gf bun that comes packaged so no cross contamination. I always order the grilled chicken sandwich and sub the bun. Never gotten sick and fries are fried in separate fryer.

We recently found out that they have a gluten free bun so my wife and I had to try it. We had grilled chicken sandwiches on the gluten free bun. The bun is still wrapped in its prepackaged bag when your food arrives so you can be certain it doesn’t come in contact with any cross contamination. It’s really nice to have a fast food option for those times when you are in a rush. It’s also very nice to be able to get an entire gluten free meal instead of only an item or two.
