Since it is right on campus, this Chick Fil A is VERY busy. Before turning into straight chaos 2 years ago, they used to do very well with separating everything. Now that it is swarmed with Fayetteville’s overload of college students, there simply isn’t enough time or space for them to keep things separate anymore. I used to be able to eat their fries, but now I would not recommend it if you’re celiac. With grilled chicken nuggets, sometimes I get glutened and sometimes I don’t but my sensitivity changes. I’d say their grilled chicken patty is USUALLY okay in a closed container, with the prepackaged gluten free bun they have available. I get this if I am running late somewhere or have no other options to eat that I can get fast. But do not promise 100% safety. Miss what they used to be able to do for celiacs :(

I've tried eating here with a variety of different gluten-free meal combinations, but every time I get cross-contaminated. Maybe this place can work for those with low sensitivity to gluten, but it has never been safe for me.

Fries are cooked in a separate basket. My daughter gets the grilled nuggets, fries and a chocolate milkshake and had no issues.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Tell them to red flag for gluten. Grilled nuggets and chicken breast are wonderful. Fries done in own oil

This Chikfila was not knowledgeable about GF protocol at all, avoid if celiac.

The new restaurant takes GF seriously. We’ve had no issues. My son (15) is celiac’s. We always confirm before ordering and have had no problems with the staff or food.

I heard that they are celiac-friendly and wanted a quick bite on the go. This was the first time I'd gone since my diagnosis, so I went in because I was nervous about making sure it was safe for me to have it. The person who took my order had limited knowledge, maybe a recent hire. I was glad it was not very busy, and the manager took the opportunity to explain to both of us the process. Not only they have a few gf items marked on the menu, but if you tell them you have an allergy, they make sure to alert the staff, so they clean the area, utensils and change gloves before preparing the meal. They have a separate fryer for the fries, too.

Same with all Chick-fil-A places, they offer a gf bun that comes packaged so no cross contamination. I always order the grilled chicken sandwich and sub the bun. Never gotten sick and fries are fried in separate fryer.

We recently found out that they have a gluten free bun so my wife and I had to try it. We had grilled chicken sandwiches on the gluten free bun. The bun is still wrapped in its prepackaged bag when your food arrives so you can be certain it doesn’t come in contact with any cross contamination. It’s really nice to have a fast food option for those times when you are in a rush. It’s also very nice to be able to get an entire gluten free meal instead of only an item or two.
