This was the best option I found at the airport. I got the grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten free bun, with potato chips and a fruit cup. I didn’t ask about the fries, I got the chips instead to be safe. Grilled nuggets was also an option. The salads were not on the menu.

Several minutes into the line, I noticed the severely limited menu...no salads or grilled nuggets. Just ordered a fry & yogurt with fruit. Immediately after eating the fries, I could tell we had a problem. I've never reacted this badly to just cross contamination from hands or utensils. (Reaction started before eating the yogurt.) I suspect the fries are fried in the same fryer as the chicken. I still feel like I've just eaten a whole chick-fil-a sandwich, and this was 10 hours ago!

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Dallas airport one, they had no gluten free buns and when I asked they seemed annoyed
In Dallas love field airport. Fries are gluten free. Grilled chicken is gluten free. No buns or bread. Sandwich on a lettuce wrap or grilled nuggets are safe.
I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
