I always order the grilled club sandwich on a gluten free bun. Very tasty - bun comes in a separate sealed bag for safety, so sandwich assembly is required.

We eat here often. There are mix ups in the drive up fairly often but the food is good and safe. Kitchen protocols are properly followed, unlike other fast food "gluten free". If you drive up, check your order before you leave the store to be sure you got a chicken patty in a bowl plus gluten free bun. I get a grilled chicken sandwich and fries, which are a rare treat. They have a dedicated fryer. Some of the dipping sauces are safe, but not all.

This chain is one of my go-tos when I need or want “fast food.” Grilled chicken club sandwich + waffle fries and ask for a GF bun. The GF bun is actually good, doesn’t fall apart and I love knowing there are delicious fries out there that are totally safe because they have a dedicated fryer.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Tested grilled nuggets, fries, and a chocolate shake with my Nima sensor. All came back with smiley faces, meaning they are gluten free! Great location for grilled chicken nuggets, grilled chicken sandwich (with GF bun in wrapper), fries, ice cream, and shakes. Celiac safe.
Yes
This Chikfila was not knowledgeable about GF protocol at all, avoid if celiac.

The new restaurant takes GF seriously. We’ve had no issues. My son (15) is celiac’s. We always confirm before ordering and have had no problems with the staff or food.

I heard that they are celiac-friendly and wanted a quick bite on the go. This was the first time I'd gone since my diagnosis, so I went in because I was nervous about making sure it was safe for me to have it. The person who took my order had limited knowledge, maybe a recent hire. I was glad it was not very busy, and the manager took the opportunity to explain to both of us the process. Not only they have a few gf items marked on the menu, but if you tell them you have an allergy, they make sure to alert the staff, so they clean the area, utensils and change gloves before preparing the meal. They have a separate fryer for the fries, too.

Same with all Chick-fil-A places, they offer a gf bun that comes packaged so no cross contamination. I always order the grilled chicken sandwich and sub the bun. Never gotten sick and fries are fried in separate fryer.

We recently found out that they have a gluten free bun so my wife and I had to try it. We had grilled chicken sandwiches on the gluten free bun. The bun is still wrapped in its prepackaged bag when your food arrives so you can be certain it doesn’t come in contact with any cross contamination. It’s really nice to have a fast food option for those times when you are in a rush. It’s also very nice to be able to get an entire gluten free meal instead of only an item or two.
