The waiter wasnt too sure about allergies but they did have an allergen menu which lists gluten wheat AND whether it is likely to suffer from cross contamination. Like the above reviewer I ordered the Ancho Grilled Salmon to be safe as possible and explained to the server. Within the hour I had pretty severe abdominal cramping which for me indicates a coeliac trigger. Pretty uncomfortable flight after. Avoid would be my advice
No
They have a great selections of options to chose. I ordered grilled salmon . I didn't have any reaction. I would totally recommend them. The server asked if I have an allergy .
EDIT: I returned, ordered the salmon and street corn this time, and it was much better than the meat.
The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.

They have a good gluten free menu All the burgers are considered gf IF they don't have a bun. I ordered French fries, which are not fried in a dedicated fryer, however, I'm just sensitive to gluten. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that was very good. They didn't have any gluten free alcohol, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Chili’s online menu lists their gluten free options but the options are mostly burgers without buns…

I'm a newly diagnosed celiac, and this was my first time eating out. I selected Chili's because it has a gluten free menu available online. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they offered. They also clearly indicated which items were cooked on surfaces where food could come into contact with gluten, and they even included which salad dressings were gluten free. We sat at the bar. When I asked the bar tender if their margaritas were gluten free, he knew what I was talking about. He didn't know for sure but thought the sweet and sour mix might have gluten. He was very patient as I figured out my order, and made a note for the cook to be careful. I felt safe eating the ribs, but it's so early in my diagnosis, I'm not sure if I would have symptoms if cross contaminated. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because they don't provide information on their drinks.
Update January 2022: I ordered take out steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. No symptoms! And I have become extremely sensitive to gluten and know when I've been glutened. Also, heard back from corporate, and their presidente margaritas are gluten free! I'll be checking those out soon and will update if my experience says otherwise.
Update September 2022: I have eaten here at least 7-8 times now and have had a positive experience every time, including several times with takeout. I generally get the ribs or steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli or a salad. Still never been glutened.

So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻
