The change the spoons but how does that help? If the food already has cross contamination clean spoons won’t fix it. I enjoyed the food but paid the price of cross contamination.

Solid Chipotle experience. Server immediately knew what to do when I said celiac. Washed hands. Hand sanitizer. New gloves. And then he asked me everything I was going to order and changed all the spoons at once. He got new lettuce and cheese from below (that’s the one they reach hands into- hands that have touched flour tortillas). This one is many in their chain of restaurants that keeps us trusting chipotle and choosing them no matter the city.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
