I was nervous ordering here but as soon as I mentioned I had celiac the staff stopped what they were doing to wash their hands and change gloves. From there only that person touched my food and when it came to the lettuce and cheese they took new/unopened cases to ensure no cross contamination happened. From what I read ahead of time the only gluten food is the tortilla, which made ordering easy.

I have had all great experiences at this chipotle! As long as you order a bowl and avoid the seasonal items/ask about them, you should be good! Staff are often rushed because it gets busy but they are friendly and can answer questions. I have never felt sick after eating here.

The staff was incredibly rude and rolled their eyes at every request. The person messed up multiple times and got mad when I corrected her. Ask for a manager if you come here

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

The low reviews make me sad. The staff has always been kind to me, they will change gloves, answer questions and laugh at your bad jokes! Chipotle is great because if you avoid tortillas and chips, you should be ok. It's not a guarantee but it's fast food so my expectations aren't high. I can say I have eaten at Chipotle a large number of times since my diagnosis and have only been ill once. Might have been unrelated! Burrito bowl, extra brown, no bean, steak and chicken, corn salsa, sour, cheese and lettuce. So good!
Can eat most things except flour tortillas. Staff is good about trying to avoid contamination if you ask.

Chipotle offer Mexican Grill food served from a walk up line. Most food is GF except for the burritos. The tortilla chips are GF. So, be mindful of the cross contamination. They also change their gloves. The food was good.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!
