I saw Claudio’s Kitchen Bakery and was skeptical but being gluten free where I live, my opinions are very limited, so I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. I ordered each of the gluten free cookies. Let me start with the Almond cookies bag that includes a decedent variety of cookies there’s a raspberry thumbprint, Apricot thumbprint, one topped with crispy thinly sliced almonds, and a plain almond each one delicious. The Cherry pistachio cookie has a sweet dark red cherry nestled in the center of a pistachio cookie, this flavor combination is a winner. The pistachio cookie bursts with pistachio flavor and is topped with whole and chopped pistachios, this is next level delicious, especially for pistachio lovers. The Nutellone cookie is heavenly, the center is filled with creamy Nutella surrounded by a decadent chocolate cookie. One bite and you’ll be obsessed. The pignoli cookie is rich and moist crowned with pignoli nuts, perfectly delicious. The April Moka cookie has an elegant coffee flavor elevated with a hint of chocolate, this is a cookie that every coffee connoisseur should try. I can’t wait to see and taste what the May cookie will be. You absolutely cannot go wrong with any of the cookies. You can taste the quality ingredients used and they are so moist they melt and disappear in your mouth, that you have to eat another until you realized you ate half the bag. They’re addicting and best of all GLUTEN FREE. I can’t stop eating them. Thank you!
