Culver's has dedicated fryer for French fries. The manager said they had a different gf fryer for fish. My burger came with a gf bun. Culver's web page says to notify the manager with gf status. I did that and it was delicious. The custard I had for dessert was gf.

Great experience. It felt very safe . The bun is very soft. Closest thing to a big Mac I’ve found. I need to bring my own home made gf Mac sauce to put on the burger next time.

Wyatt was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Kitchen changed gloves and bun/burger packaged separately. Absolutely delicious
