This was my first time having gluten free ramen at a restaurant and it was SO GOOD! I asked a lot of questions about their preparation and the person taking my order assured me that they get people with CD often and that my meal would be safe to eat. Most of the ramen dishes can be made gluten free and they boil their rice noodles in a separate pot. They also have tamari marinated soft boiled eggs which was a nice add on to the ramen. I felt very well taken care of here and will definitely be back!
