The staff doesn’t know what gluten is. The only option is to have a burger without the bun. Since they don’t know what gluten is, cross contamination is a worry.

The Stuff didn’t know anything about glúten...

Food was very good, but no glutenfree bread for hamburger. You can have burger without bread instead.

This restaurant has the same procedures as the ones in the US. I was able to have a cheeseburger without the bun and fries. They spoke some English, but my French celiac card was helpful. Order the burgers "sans pain."

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
