Fantastic! First time having duck confit and was absolutely delicious. My family (non GF) also loved their homemade GF bread and I took the extras home as takeaway 😁. Wonderful people and a great spot in Paris to enjoy a lovely meal. I will be back!

We never visit Paris without a dinner at Florimond. The owner and staff are wonderful and the food is outstanding. Always one of the best meals of our trip. Homemade GF bread, very knowledgeable staff, and delicious food. Menu changes seasonally. This trip I ordered the foie gras as a starter, duck with sweet potatoes, and finished with the chocolate cake. Such a memorable meal (again)!

The staff was SO nice. The owner of the restaurant brought me homemade gluten free bread and walked me through the menu. The duck confit was fantastic. Chocolate cake for dessert was so good. So great to find an authentic French restaurant with great gluten free options.

We ate here twice on our trip to Paris and both times the staff were very knowledgeable of the restrictions of a celiac and made the dishes accordingly. Everything here was delicious and we are already planning our trip back!
The house made gluten free bread and crackers to go with the menu items of the day were outstanding and the attention to detail from the staff was amazing!

A Michelin quality experience that’s safe for celiacs. Incredible cuisine. Fabulous cheese plate and mussels to start with unique gluten free bread. Duck Confit that was out of this world, with Potatoes au gratin , au jus, and a unique bbq sauce. Almond dacrouise Dessert was a knock-out. Best service in Paris. Attentive to gluten free needs and extremely friendly. You can tell they have pride in their restaurant. If you have one dinner in Paris, celiac or not, this is the place.

Absolutely amazing food, and fantastic about gluten free. I had the duck confit and the chocolate cake dessert. It was delicious. One of my favorite foods is duck and this was outstanding. Our waiter was so great even my cranky old man father complimented him (seriously). My dad also loved his meal. The chocolate dessert was great (came with a small mousse, a pear-chocolate thing, and a little chocolate cake. There were many GF choices on the menu, the staff spoke great English, and each time my food came out he assured me it was gluten free, and even explained what each ingredient in my dessert was without me even asking.

Food was excellent! Staff was knowledgeable. They walked me through everything I could safely eat. The gluten free bread was delicious! This was the only regular (not GF-only) restaurant we ate at that had GF bread—my non-Celiac husband enjoyed my bread more than the regular baguette he was served!

The staff was very careful and knowledgeable about celiac disease and very friendly. We had risotto and dessert and went twice because it was so good.

Wow! The best meal I have had in Paris! Laurent went through my list of allergies in English & let me know what I could order. He was able to alter several of the dishes. I had a salad, baked cod with a flavorable vegetable medley & a sorbet trio. They had gluten free bread made from rice, bickwheat, sesame & pumpkin seeds. I will be back!

The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They can help with all gluten sensitivity problems. We at there twice and both loved it. There were several desert choices. It is a small place with additional seating outside, so reservations are a good idea. Locals encourage the American guests to come here for local cuisine.
