So exciting to find gluten free deep dish! We absolutely loved the pizza and finally got to try a Chicago staple!

Literally so good. My only complaint is the edges are a bit hard but the flavor is amazing and it didn’t crumple so it’s a 10 in my book. I don’t love deep dish so I didn’t get it but I loved that I had the OPTION. I feel like that’s so rare. I would definitely come here again.

Cross contamination 😔 Flavor was delicious but GF crust was so hard you could hear it scrape my teeth and I got sick from a cross contamination

I’ve always loved deep dish pizza so when I got diagnosed with celiac I was worried I’d never be able to enjoy it again. Thankfully, I live right by a Lou Malnatis location and get their deep dish GF pizza all the time!! It is definitely the most authentic GF deep dish crust and I’ve personally never gotten sick from their pizza (I’ve ordered it a ton).

I was thrilled to find a few gluten-free option on the menu. I ordered a Malnati’s salad, clearly labeled as GF. I indulged in the Chicago Classic deep dish pizza— with the gluten free crust. It was everything I hoped for, a deliciously authentic taste of Chicago in every bite.

Ordered a gluten free sausage deep dish, and I believe I was glutened by cross contamination. The pizza was delicious so if you're gluten intolerant definitely try it! I'm a sensitive celiac and I had all my usual cross contamination symptoms after eating here

Meh. Pizza was ok. Crust was a little off. The underside was crispy but the part touching the sauce was gummy. Sauce tasted good. Could use more cheese. Not my favorite but didn’t get sick.

Great experience! Staff was very knowledgeable. Gluten free deep dish is cooked entirely separate from regular pizza and staff was very accommodating!

They have the thin crust and deep dish GF pizza options. The thin crust comes with just cheese and you have to pay for added toppings. Great place for a family with many options for kids.

Deep dish was absolutely amazing, a rare offering (in my experience) so it was very much appreciated. Pretty sure no GF apps, not sure about dessert, but I went for the deep dish and enjoyed it so it worked for me!

Ordered crustless deep dish for delivery. Requested allergy alert which was noted on receipt. Pizza came wrapped in foil which showed that it had been baked that way for protection from pan that could have been used for pizzas w crust. Was very hot still - make sure to order uncut

Not sure why others reviewed this so high, I guess I should have tried the meat crust pizza. The gluten free crust was awful, I'm surprised I didn't break a tooth trying to eat it. Limited pizza toppings didn't help either. Worst pizza I've had, almost wish it made me sick to purge it from my body.
I ordered from here last night and had it delivered to Hubbard Place. This pizza was delicious, it was still hot when I got it, it was good the next day, and didn’t make me sick
Ask for the crustless meaty pizza and you won’t be disappointed. The house salad was incredible (names after the restaurant)
The waitresses was very knowledgeable about gluten free and she took that into consideration when the pizza was being made. Did not get sick! I would call ahead to see how long the wait is, if there is one, place tends to get crowded!
Yes
Great gluten free pizza crusts and several other options. The staff is familiar with gluten free and they take precautions when cooking pizzas to avoid cross contact. I’ve never gotten sick eating here.
Yes
Crustless = sausage crust. Made me sick! Even disregarding the reaction, I ended up only eating the inside of the pizza because it's just too much sausage. Gluten eating friends thought their pizza was just ok.
They have a gluten free thin pizza listed invitee menu I got that with mushrooms and olives. The crust is hard and really pretty flavorless. I am guessing the pizza is cooked in the oven with the other regular pizza's because later that evening at the hotel I felt horrible and ended up taking some Benadryl. I would not recommend this location if you truly have celiac disease and are not just eating gluten free. Against the Grain frozen pizza's are way better tasting
Yes
Had the GF pizza with sausage and mushroom. Very tasty, would definitely recommend. The Cabernet was also good.
Absolutely horrible. The entire restaurant is a disorganized disaster. Horrible. I have celiac disease and I went with a friend who has a gluten sensitivity. I am currently laying in bed in pain. Halfway through my meal I thought I would vomit. My friend is currently in the bathroom vomiting. We both had the "crustless gluten free pizza" I told the person I gave my order to that I had celiac disease. They are the most disorganized, unapologetic, careless restaurant I have been to in years. Also when we asked to split the bill we paid cash...afterward we were all given our change in a lump sum left for us to divide on our own. The processes and organization of this restaurant need serious reconstructing. The whole place is chaos and on top of that I'm now ill. Never ever again. Go somewhere else that is run like a DECENT restaurant because this place would be lucky to be considered decent
I had the crustless gluten free pizza. The "crust" was made of really tasty sausage. It was great!! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Chicago.
Yes
Decent pizza, the crust was pretty dry and flavorless. It could have used some garlic. The waitstaff was knowledgable. The Caesar salad was yummy. Overall a good experience.
Amazing deep dish gf pizza. Get it with the spinach topping!
Awesome GF pizza, however the wait was horribly long. It was over an hour before we got our pizza.
Very good crustless deep dish pizza!
Menu is clearly marked. Suggests what to order.
Choices are crustless pizzza with a sausage base or gluten free crust and your choice of toppings. Crust was very good. If ordering with no cheese ask for extra sauce. Very long wait but it was Friday and there is a convention in town as well as football fans. Husband had regular deepdish and was disappointed. Was concerned about contamination since it was ago busy but seems all is well.
i thought their gf pizza was great. They have a 9 " gf flour thin crust with your choice of toppings. i had onions, mushrooms and spinach. Absolutely delicious!! The crust stayed together and had a great mouth feel. i would definitely go back! Closest to real that i've had so far.
Pizza was GF but only bc there was no crust at all. The base of the pizza was sausage and rather overwhelming for this non- sausage eating gal!
For gluten free, this wasn’t my favorite crust. While I am new to Chicago deep dish, this pizza was super rock hard. It was almost impossible to cut through the crust and just felt too overdone. While the flavors were good and the atmosphere is fun, it’s not the best gluten free. I didn’t get sick thankfully, but I didn’t enjoy the taste either.

The taste of the gluten free deep wish was ok, but I immediately got sick within the hour. They use the same tong to grab onto the pans while slicing for you and I doubt they clean it between each table. I think that’s what made me sick since I only had 1 slice from that corner. The person who took our pizzas after to be wrapped up to go also didn’t know what gluten was, so I just threw the entire thing away. Definitely stay away if you’re sensitive.

Gluten free options, yes. But the Chicago style gluten free deep dish pizza was mediocre at best. Toppings were delicious, however the crust was chewy and challenging to eat.
