There was one Gluten-free pasta option. There were two gluten-free sauce options. I spoke very specifically about my celiac status. The waiter asked the kitchen a couple of questions for me regarding soup and salads. When my gluten-free pasta dish arrived, four bites in and I see a fettuccine noodle in my pasta dish. I calmly asked the waiter about it. He in turn went and asked the kitchen about it. He came back and confirmed that they cook gluten-free pasta in the standard glutinous pasta water. He assured me “if you have an allergy, they cook it otherwise “. I was astonished! Of course the manager was involved she said all the right things… Didn’t deny their poor actions....Tried very hard to give me a gift card for there a restaurant. I assured her I couldn’t possibly come back. The poor waiter was nervous… I even actually felt kind of bad for the manager… But I decided I needed to write this review. There really is no question about it… There is zero consideration for people with celiac disease in this restaurant.

Sometimes the wait staff isn’t knowledgeable but if you order soup or salad it’s usually okay. I have had visible cross contamination where a piece of pasta is in mixed in where it shouldn’t be. But they always immediately correct it and they’ll get you new food.
Made me sick sick sick!

I have been to many Olive Gardens and have ordered gluten-free Rotini for my gluten-free allergies and I haven't had issues. This time, after eating almost half the Rotini I noticed a spaghetti noodle. I asked the waitress, a manager came out and said the kitchen wasn't aware of gluten allergies. She wrote a report and gave me a new bowl of Rotini which was a whole different color than the first bowl. I wasn't hungry any more!! What really bothered me was when the manager said that hopefully that one noodle won't bother me! I wish she knew how I feel two days later (and most likely the next week).

This is a go to spot. The Zappa soup is perfect. Salad is always nice. I do recommend checking the salad before eating something there is a crouton hiding. I unfortunately will feel that tiny cross contamination.

The server took our allergies (wheat, dairy, soy protein) very seriously. The kitchen manager came to the table without us asking him to and they made everything perfect. They also have a tablet you can search each item for allergies. Highly recommend! We ordered the gluten free rotini with meat sauce, an Italian sausage, and broccoli.
