This restaurant is in a beautiful location and is spacious and fairly quiet. The views are outstanding with the Seattle skyline and the marina nearby. The menu is fairly extensive although there were not a lot of gluten-free indicators on the most recent menu. There was one dish that really caught my eye and I was told if I had the shrimp cake held. The rest of the dish would be gluten-free so I went ahead and ordered it that way. Upon having my plate put in front of me, I realize the fish was still sitting on top of the fish cake that I knew had gluten in it so I had to send it back.the restaurant was pretty quick about turning the plate around with the gluten-free modification, but I was almost accidentally gluten, despite an extensive conversation with the staff. I will go there again because I know they’re typically very careful with allergies. I will make sure to communicate next time to ensure I’m eating safely.

WOW!!! I went to this place for the first time recently, and have been back for a total of two times in a month. I called first, and the staff person put me through to the head chef. He told me all about the kitchen practices to ensure I could eat at the restaurant safely (I have celiac disease). He said he could make me “anything I wanted”. I ended up ordering something off the menu (seafood salad) on both visits as it was that delicious. Not only did I not get sick, but the food was AMAZING. And, the chef came out to the table to meet me, and answer any questions I might have when I dined there for the first time (a very nice touch). This place is very nice, excellent GF food, and not as expensive as I thought it was (for all that you get). Portions are normal to large sized. Highly recommend.
