Delicious! They had GF items marked on the menu. Maybe about 7-8 GF entrees! I got the Kung Pao chicken that was decently crispy with fried rice (all GF). My friend got the Thai Coconut Chicken and loved her food too. I am very sensitive and start reactions in about 20 minutes. No gluten reactions here! We will defitiney be back!

I’ve eaten here probably 15 times without any issues! Full gluten free menu, marked GF on your food, and trained cooks.

Food was delicious! They made my food in a separate wok and ensured that it was safe for me to eat. Tasty and safe 😊

Gluten free items are indicated on main menu with symbol or you can ask for GF dedicated menu behind cash register. Very limited menu but great food. Very friendly and helpful staff, who went the extra step to make sure my food was prepared in a clear wok.
Have eaten there several times with my daughter (who is super sensitive celiac) and we both were fine. Fast casual type restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Wish they had a larger selection and GF lettuce wraps like PF Changs.

Everything was delicious. I am especially pleased at the care they took to make the gluten free meal for our friend who has celiacs.

Had to ask for the GF menu. It was behind the counter and options were few. But, I got the Pei Wei Spicy and it was very good. It was carefully prepared and came with a GF sticker on the plate.

I eat here a lot, they are usually pretty good. However, one time I found a noodle in my rice. I took it back and got a new meal
Great food, horrible service.
Very limited GF menu; a bit pricey. Food is OK; a solid B. May try again. It's so easy to do GF Asian that they really should do more than dip their toe in the water.
Pei Wei basically has two gluten free entrees, the Spicy Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Both are very good. However the choice is really limited. They do offer gluten free soy sauce. However, I do wish that they had more to offer. Before going gluten free we really enjoyed eating here. It seems like they could make more of their menu available in gluten free options.
Yes
Pei Wei has a special station to make all the gf food & special gf plates. One of my favorite take out places. I like the online ordering for take out so you can see that the gluten free was added to the order.
they could possibly deserve a 5 star rating, however they have a very limited menu. give me a third entree possibility and they get that the fifth star. or make the lettuce wraps gluten free like PF Changs and it would be 6 stars easy. yum!
consistent. narrow set of selections. tasty. sweet and sour available.
good fast food. they do a good job of preparing gf food never gotten sick from them. good prices as well
I go here frequently, sometimes once a month and have never had issues. I enjoy the original chicken the most. Never had issues getting sick even when they are busy. They take proper precautions
Update May 2024. Continue to go here and never an issue. They have a more expanded gf menu than they used to. I have dined in and ordered online to go without issues

Ordered gf fried rice and gf pad Tai noodles. Was a lot of food, delicious flavors. No issues next day, highly recommend. They were attentive to my allergy.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!
