My poor husband got so sick even after specifying his allergy and getting very bland food items (chicken, white rice, and the gluten free soy sauce, nothing else). So frustrated - will not be going back.

They do work to prevent cross contamination, especially if you tell them you have CD. One of the best in this chain.
Over 25% gf options.
This is an excellent store in the chain.

Got very sick from getting gluten free sweet & sour veggies with brown rice from here, I specified that I have a gluten allergy but must have gotten glutened anyway because I’m having a very bad gluten reaction :( not as safe as I thought it was, I def won’t be back.
No
Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction from this location, which is a bummer since the food is so good.
No
They do have a dedicated GF menu, it's small, but it exists! moving in the right direction. My favorite GF dishes are Pei We I spicy chicken and the Vietnamese chicken rolls, dipped in the sweet Chile sauce instead of the gluten-laden peanut sauce. When you order GF to go, the container has a special "gluten free" sticker on it, which is nice that they go to the trouble.
I love their GF Pei Wei Spicy Shrimp & Chicken. You can read my full review here:

Yes
Many GF items to chose from.
So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
