Ordered Pei Wei for the first time, and was SO happy to see they had a gluten free menu! But was I wrong. I had an almost immediate reaction to their chicken fried rice that said it was on the gluten free menu. My suspicion is that they used regular soy sauce in the rice. Caused me a major reaction. Do not recommend if you have celiac

I absolutely LOVE Pei Wei!!! They are usually very careful and knowledgeable. I Loved their sweet and sour chicken, however they have since taken it off the menu😔 Now I get the chicken fried rice and it is super good as well. They have lots of options and are one of my go to places to eat out!

Went here last night and it was great, good gf selection and very tasty. Wasn't busy though so maybe that helped reduce risk of cross contamination.

Stopped here as it’s local to our hotel. Lots of choice. I got kung pao shrimp and rice. Was great and tasty and also labelled gluten free. Also came with gf soy sauce. You can see the kitchen, may be some risk to cross contamination. I am coeliac and very sensitive and was ok.

The cashier said she would take care of making sure it was gluten free but I had a terrible reaction after eating here.

I ordered the GF chicken fried rice through delivery. When food arrived my mask had a sticker indicating it was GF and even was sent with individual packets of GF soy sauce.

Clearly marked gluten free options on the large wall menu when you enter, delicious flavorful food, and knowledgeable staff
Yes
So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
