AMAZING Experience! Our server Brianna and chef Charlie came to the table to give us options, my six year old celiac was dying to eat noodles, the chef made the Pad Thai noodles with black sauce (GF) and broccoli she loved it!!! Our food was all gluten free including fried rice and beef with broccoli, everything was delicious, they made us feel safe and I will be forever grateful.

I was very clear with my server about having celiac and needing to avoid gluten and cross-contamination, but she did not seem to understand.
I ordered the combo fried rice (beef, chicken and shrimp), and it looked like it was coated in something (either flour or cornstarch).
I did have a reaction, unfortunately.

They do a wonderful job with all GF food coming out on different color plates. Had zero issues and shared 3 different plates. Great option while I was traveling.

The staff was very knowledgeable about celiacs, shared chicken fried rice, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli and the spicy chicken. Fryer is dedicated no other gluten items are fried in it so the si y chicken is safe. Highly recommend

PF Changs is the best place for GF food. They take incredible precautions and the food is very addicting. Spicy Changs Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and egg drop soup are my personal favs.
Yes
GF menu with plenty of options. The Mongolian beef is amazing! So satisfied
Ordered the GF Pad Thai and did not get sick. But fair warning it was very spicy and not indicated as such on the menu!

My wife felt safe eating there but she is not a big fan of chinese food. Staff is knowledgeable and we ate there 2 times. Gf menu, hard to find parking.

Im just a limey from blighty who was very grateful to be able to eat at p f changs back in march. Im coeliac. My wife and i were going on a cruise from ft laudedale and stayed at the Hyatt Regency down the road. I did my research, found pf chang and decide we'd eat there when we arrived from the uk. I enjoyed my meal very much, thanks. Unfortunately
my wife, who could eat anything as she is not coeliac, couldnt find anything she liiked on the menu. Disaster for me, but well done p f chang and thank you very much.

I'm giving this pf Chang's a three star rating because they do have a lot of gf options and as anyone with celiac knows, Chinese food is full of the sneaky wheat in soy sauce. however, this restaurant is always packed during lunch rush, generally has spotty service, has given me the regular version of a gf meal before and still gives you fortune cookies after you order a totally gf meal. get it together
Ate here numerous times and was never sick!

Lots of great options, but if you're also allergic to soy avoid this place! LOOOOOTS of soy products in their GF menu.

I have ate here many times, as I stay close by for business a couple of times a year. Never been sick staff, are always good. I always get the Beef and Broccoli.

Plenty of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Our waitress was very good about repeating my order back and saying “Gluten Free Fried Rice” etc.
Very yummy!

2018: The one time we dined in I got sick, So we get food to go and haven’t had a problem. When I did get sick we spoke to a manager and she made sure to go the extra mile and monitors the kitchen more closely now. Update: 5/2024 hubby treated me to gluten free fried rice for teacher appreciation week (love my job!) and unfortunately there must’ve been some gluten in there. We have visited here a couple times per year and this is the second time I have been glutened so unfortunately I will not be back. Tums are a true friend right now.

I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.
