Excellent choice for Gluten free. Our daughter has gluten, corn, peanut, melon, and gourd allergies. We have eaten here several times and she has never been ill. Wait staff very attentive to allergies and will answer all questions. Except for last visit they have always brought Tamari sauce to replace the soy sauce. This last time, they said their supplier was out. My daughter uses this for delivery about twice a month with no problems

I love PF Chang’s, I am always confident in the way they prepare their food in a separate area with different dish ware. Food is always good and I have yet to get sick after eating there.

Our family ate lunch here; my daughters eat GF and PF Chang always does a good job. We get the bowl of egg drop soup; it’s huge and the four of us each had two small cup-sized bowls. One daughter likes the chicken fried rice. The other tried a new dish - shrimp in a lobster sauce; it was okay. I had the ginger chicken as usual. We don’t eat at PF Chang often, and we’re looking forward to the GF chocolate dome dessert — THEY DON’T SERVE IT ANYMORE! It is an issue with the supplier. We were sad. :(
They have delicious celiac friendly menu, and dedicated GF kitchen area! Way to go PF chang’s

Everything here was perfect. It's nice that the place is close to union station (walking distance). I would recommend. All Gf food was good, no one got sick. 3 of the 4 of us had the chocolate dome cake (gf)
Consistent, safe.

excellent culture towards food allergies from the corporate level on down. as with any large company you can get some misses but the locations I've been to make it right.

Great GF choices. Great service.
A standby for me. Large selection of GF items and my coworkers don't mind eating their GF options when we order family style.
Great gluten free choices
Lots of options! Whole family will eat gluten free when we go because they cannot tell the difference.
Mongolian beef is delicious! Great food for the whole GF family and friendly service.
I have ate here many times, as I stay close by for business a couple of times a year. Never been sick staff, are always good. I always get the Beef and Broccoli.

Plenty of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Our waitress was very good about repeating my order back and saying “Gluten Free Fried Rice” etc.
Very yummy!

2018: The one time we dined in I got sick, So we get food to go and haven’t had a problem. When I did get sick we spoke to a manager and she made sure to go the extra mile and monitors the kitchen more closely now. Update: 5/2024 hubby treated me to gluten free fried rice for teacher appreciation week (love my job!) and unfortunately there must’ve been some gluten in there. We have visited here a couple times per year and this is the second time I have been glutened so unfortunately I will not be back. Tums are a true friend right now.

I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.
