Went last weekend for the third time and I had one of the best experiences so far. The key is to get there early (we got there at 4:30pm)!! There were virtually no lines and stalls weren’t busy so I was able to more easily ask about GF. My favorite things were the moon man Indonesian desserts (the best thing at the market imo!), the Brazilian cheese bread steak sandwich, and Emeye Ethiopian. Other GF items were Don Ceviche, all items from Cambodia Now, some items from Kanin filipino, Nixtamal mole, Twisted potato but there are more I am missing. Highly recommend!!

Such a fun foodie cultural experience. I found 3 stalls that were 100% gluten free. Ay Cachapas—Venezuelan corn pancakes, Joon—delightful Persian cuisine, and Moon Man (cassava, rice and coconut based desserts). The coconut pancake from Moon Man was one of my favorite things I’ve eaten in a long time. The Ethiopian stall was a near miss with 100% Teff injera, but they had one gluten containing item on their menu so I skipped it. Same with a Brazilian stall. Other gluten avoiders may find then acceptable. Go and eat! Super fun place. Please post if you find other safe stalls.
